I finally made it to the window and in English explained why I was there, to buy euros. The lady was so rude and yelled at me and said she only helps Italian speaking people and I should go to the train station if I can only speak English. This was an easy transaction that didn't require that much talking. Worst experience I've had in Italy or pretty much anywhere in the world for that matter.
