On the day of the booking, she alerted me again about the tech coming out within the time capsule provided. Gabriel, the on-site technician was professional, and meticulous in doing the work. He replaced the screen in under 20 minutes, cleaned the work area and left. I really appreciate finding them and I write this recommendation without any reservations. Their pricing was very reasonable, so we booked an appointment. They came out and quickly replaced 11 screens, leaving just one that we decided not to replace at the time. A few months later, that last screen broke, so I reached out again. Even though they usually have a minimum number of screens required for service, they still accommodated us and came out just as quickly and professionally as before. I truly can't recommend them enough. Don't waste time looking elsewhere... they're the team you need.

I sent ASAP Glasswerks a text indicating I needed a new shower enclosure for a rental property. Initially, the communication was good. I received a response from Jason who asked me to send measurements, which I did. He then provided me with a price. When it came time for Jason to respond to take his own measurements, I provided him with the address, and we agreed on a date and timeframe. On the measurement date, I asked Jason to confirm his arrival time. He indicated he was stuck in traffic and requested to meet the following day. I told him I would confirm with the occupant that the following day would be acceptable. Although I blocked off time for this appointment and moved other work responsibilities around, I understand things happen. After confirming the occupant was available, I immediately texted Jason and told him the following day would work. He did not respond. I sent another text to him five hours later and still no response. Unfortunately, I never heard from Jason again. We all have things to do and responsibilities that need to be met. It would have been nice to know that ASAP Glasswerks was unable or unwilling to meet for the appointments in advance.

Exceptional Front Door Replacement - Danny Alonzo is the Best!…read moreWe recently had our front door replaced and are absolutely thrilled with the results! Our installer, Danny Alonzo, was fantastic from start to finish. He has excellent communication skills and gave us a clear, realistic expectation of the time to completion. He was incredibly friendly, polite, and professional the entire time -- I honestly wish every contractor or vendor we use could be as good as Danny! We picked a custom color and the door came out exactly the shade we chose. It's solid, heavy, and makes a huge difference compared to our old door. We had bought and pre-painted our own interior moulding, and Danny installed it perfectly with no issues at all. I'm terrible at making clean silicone joints around moulding, but he did an amazing, professional job on them. He even went above and beyond when he noticed some stucco damage around the front door. He pointed it out to us and patched it beautifully -- way better than I could have done myself, lol! The finished door looks absolutely beautiful. My wife and I weren't 100% sure what to expect, but the quality and the final result made the entire expense completely worth it. The door feels rock-solid and looks incredible. 20ish years ago, Hometime replaced all the warped windows in our 1952 ranch style home. Some were…read moremodern standard sizes, but most were custom sizes. These windows are still perfect in every way. These woods come with value and reliability. When we added on to our home about 10 years ago, the contractor used their window company. We ordered some custom sized windows to keep consistency with the rest of our home...and those have never been right. A couple years ago the large, back window split in the frame. We had no question that Hometime would replace the window...and it's both well constructed & beautiful, with two perfectly working locks. The install was done by Eduardo and his crew. It was an early morning appointment, but Eduardo showed up in time. Both he and the other installer were friendly, efficient, and clean. They took less than 2 hours, door knock to exit, and left not a scrap or bit of dust in their perfect install. When we consider cost, style, AND locally, independently owned companies, we will have Hometime do all our windows, always. In the future we will also request Eduardo as our installer. Thanks!

The outer screen was not cracked, and when the phone was opened up, it showed that the inner film was never taken off and that's why my phone was overly hot. And when I dropped it, I guess the two pieces of the screen separated because of the overheating. Screen was replaced with the proper one. Since this was a refurbished phone that I bought on Amazon, they used the wrong one. I felt that it was a reasonable price and was advised to contact Amazon and let them know what happened and they actually refunded me $128. My phone is working perfectly and I really appreciate the honesty and the help that I received. I highly recommend this business and is definitely in my contacts and will recommend, but I hope I never have to contact again LOL

Benny the repair guy who came and did our patio door was very straight forward with the price and timing on how long it would take to fix our broken glass. He even came on a Sunday and didn't charge extra! He knew that the cold air was coming in at night. Based on all the positive reviews I expected better, but despite a good start, quick response to my…read morerequest, it went down hill. We made an appointment for Monday afternoon at 4:30, he never showed and when I reached out he said he forgot to add it to his calendar. Okay, things happen. We made another appointment for Thursday, again 4:30, i came home about 4:20 to find his business card in my door. I called, he said that he had it down for Thursday afternoon and showed up at, if I understood him correctly, noon and when I wasn't home just left, didn't even call, just left. He said that he could still make it tonight possibly around 5:30, to which I agreed, but I felt it was reasonable to say that if he couldn't make it, I wouldn't try rescheduling again. His response was that he doesn't really work on a strict timeline (paraphrasing) and that he knew my time was valuable so he would pass on the job. My job is a relatively small job, I want to add a dog door to our slider, so I get it the it wasn't worth his time, but then say no at the start, don't give me a rough quote and then schedule an appointment just to miss it. Several people I reached out to have already told me they don't do the work I'm requesting, which is fine. I can't judge the quality of work, but the customer service, at least in my case, wasn't good.
