I have been here several times and quite a few times have had my order not made correctly. I called today to let them know that it was not made according to the way I ordered it and the employee told me she would have a manager speak to me. The Manager tried to say that I did not tell them anything other than no lettuce and no pickles but I let her know that the 1st thing I said after I ordered the burger was I want it with bacon and cheese only. Only bacon and cheese on it. I repeated it twice to them so they would know specifically what I wanted. It was for a family member. Not me. She only gave me a $5 credit. Came in for a door dash order couple nights ago staff just seemed very rigid and ignored me I had to go to the kitchen just to get some help. The girls waitresses were very snooty and even uttered a joke to another about my hair. They were also counting their tips out at the post which just looked unprofessional. It's always a treat to eat RibCrib. It's crave-able, comfort food. They have a great loyalty rewards program. Now let's talk prices. The entrees tend to be priced higher than other restaurants for the same amount of food. Even with my menu hack, I still manage to drop over $20. The delicious ribs keep bringing me back. And the sweet tea makes Oklahoma proud. The ribs can be ordered in original format or "Okie" Style. "Okie" adds a few calories, but no extra Benjamins. You can choose from 12 side items. Be careful; two of those sides are premium and are priced as such. The service staff is casual and laid back, but efficient. But no one goes there for the service. It's the food that brings ya back. Butter, crispy Texas toast accompanies most entrees. Seating is abundant and variable. Seating is abundant and variable. There are booths, tables and outside seating. So delicious! I got the Boneyard: it was a rib, 6 wings, 2 sides, toast, and a pickle. The place looks newly renovated, it was pretty nice and well lit. Absolutely horrible service by the lady at the to-go counter. I've been a GrubHubber for over 3 months and never had an issue picking up orders through this drive-thru and everybody's been really friendly. Today I'm told while waiting on the order that this is a one-time exception and that I need a now come in. When I ask why she tells me that as a senior worker, this is the rule and she is just now laying down the law. So I replied that okay. In the future I'll just ask for a different employee to help me and I told her to please quit wasting my time telling me in an unnecessary rule and please get my order cuz now you're making the order cold for the customer. She stormed off to get a manager and it's still been 15 minutes while I'm waiting through the drive-thru and nobody's helping me because I could see through the glass of the window while this lady kicked up her arms to the manager throwing temper tantrums inside about me. It's been a while since I was down in this neck of the woods, so I can enjoy some RibCrib. Mybwife and I shared a very good sampler meal with Mac n cheese and beans on the side. They always have friendly staff here. It's not the best barbecue in the world, but it's pretty good and I'm a fan of their spicy barbecue sauce. The menu has changed a few times over the years. Went to Ribcrib about an hour before closing. Sat down and ordered drinks. Then we're told they were out of chicken and brisket. So we ordered and 5 minutes later the server came back and they were out of ribs. Ordered again and then was informed they were out of pulled pork. So they only had cat fish and sausage on the menu. We ordered that. The catfish came out and it was completely raw in the middle, not even warm to the touch. Sausage was extremely over cooked. Reminded me of a gas station hotdog on the roller grill that got left for 3 days. I understand things happen and you get a busy rush and are out of food, but we were greeted and sat without the mention of no food in the kitchen. I felt obligated to find something on the menu after getting our drinks before being informed of the lack of food. I felt bad for the server, she was kind and apologized a lot. Great service and good food. We went here for supper as it was near the hotel. We were seated immediately and our service the rest of the meal was excellent. We ordered the rib and bird and the pork and bird. The chicken was a little dry but good with the bbq sauce. The pulled pork was smoked and seasoned perfectly. My husband's ribs were tender and juicy. We had side salads that came out quickly. They were the typical lettuce salad with tomatoes but were quite large and had cheese and tortilla strips. What's the first word in their name? Rib. Guess what they were out of at 600 pm on a Sunday? Similar to KFC saying they were out of chicken. Now- it was AYCE ribs and it does say until they run out but since they have at least 4 dinners that feature other meats and a rib, those dinners were also unavailable. I do understand running out of AYCE ribs but they should cook enough so the other dinners that feature a rib could be served. They were also out of smoked turkey. And blue cheese dressing. Two of us had the smoked wings. They were large wings and cooked well ( smoked and then fried). However they weren't hot, more like lukewarm. Their hot BBQ sauce tasted and looked like their reg sauce- too sweet for me. Both of us got the seasoned fries. Once again, they weren't bad but not temperature hot enough. One member of the party had the chicken fried steak which was reportedly very good- not greasy and no grizzle. The potatoes and white gravy are also good. Not a lot of pepper in the gravy which is how she likes it. She returned the fried okra as they weren't hot and were over cooked. She replaced it with the coleslaw which she said was meh. It's vinegar based but I didn't think it tasted like nor had the texture of any vinegar slaw I have had. The 3 meat platter was meh. Once again the food was not hot and not alot of flavor. First time in this chain restaurant. Pseudo ranch style set up with decent lighting. Service was quick with waters and taking my order and food came out quick. Good flavor across the gambit of meaty goodness. Just two types of sauce available which were both decent. Side we're good and served at proper temperature. If I could give negative stars I would. My daughter and I just had dinner at Rib Crib, and we were there for well over TWO hours and most of that time was spent waiting on food. Our experience was terrible, We ordered our food, since we are repeat customers we had come for the Super Spud, and an order of loaded cheese fries for an appetizer. After about 30ish minutes we got our cheese fries, then approximately an hour later we got our Spud. The waitress came and told us the computer system had "blacked out" and our orders were lost so it was going to be about 30 minutes but it was more like an hour later when we got out entree. We were not the only dissatisfied customers, a few left but we waited since we were already there and had the fries. The manager at NO time came out to speak with us ONLY the waitress that told us a couple times our food would be out next. The waitress then spoke to the table next to us explaining the same thing but told them they were running out of food but assured them she thought they had enough for their ticket. How does this happen on a Saturday night? I spent the majority of my Saturday evening at Rib Crib with terrible customer service and extremely poor management. I seriously thought the manager on duty (Kim Ennis) would come out to explain, perhaps offer a discount or a simple apology but we got NONE of that and paid FULL price for our ticket. I wouldn't typically complain but the cheese didn't eveIn fully melt on my potato so that is a testament to the temperature when it was served after it being cooked for over an hour. I didn't get an actual receipt just my CC copy. Our server Sadie was young therefore she wasn't really experienced and didn't seem to know how to handle all the angry customers that were confronting her. We were displeased but it clearly wasn't her fault. I will not be returning. Yes, I did pay full price for my more than TWO hour wait for a baked potato as did my daughter. Each of our tickets were $13.10 for ONE Super Spud and ONE cheese fry. Yes, $26.20 for a shared baked potato and shared cheese fries. I'm furious that not only were we not given a inconvenience discount but we were both charged FULL price for something we shared. This was right next to our hotel. I had a half rack of ribs and my wife had the chicken and pulled pork. The ribs were fall off the bone type. (I prefer a little chew) but it was still very good.
