Peachers mill dentistry in my opinion took my money which I arranged in good faith with and did not give me the quality product that I was promised and would not offer a refund of my money for failing to provide a product that would stand up to pressures of daily use. I would like to tell others that they seem to be under qualified for services being offered. They also sent me a letter terminating my relationship with me as they could not fix the issues I had with them. They did not complete the treatment plan as they described to me. I truly hope that no others have to experience the particular situation that I did. I will not recommend them to anyone as they did fulfill their obligations in my opinion.

The dentists and hygienists are so patient and fun that my kids no longer hate going to the dentist. Also, I recently developed an ulcer on my tongue and they got me in the SAME DAY I called. Doctor Sarah Deeds covered all bases to make sure there wasn't anything further going on, explained what I could do to help my tongue heal, gave me prescriptions in case it came to that, and even gave me a referral to an oral surgeon in case my ulcer wouldn't heal. Then she called a few days later to check up on me! Talk about going the extra mile! We sure will miss our friends at The Children's Dentist when we move this fall.

When asked if they were going to clean my teeth, they told me that it is no longer a part of the process. If I wanted my teeth cleaned I would need to pay out of pocket. They also told me they wanted to see me every 3-4 months rather than the usual 6 months. What dentist office doesn't clean teeth? Isn't twice yearly cleaning part of my insurance plan? My experience today left me feeling ripped off and part of a greater money grab scheme. My family and I will not be returning.

I loved this dental practice years ago but things have changed. Now if they cancel on you they schedule you 45+ days out for a reschedule even if the cancel with less than six hours notice. They take no suggestions to leave spots open for last minute things like this so people aren't waiting even longer for their dental care. As someone with dental anxiety suddenly canceling and requiring another2-4 month wait is ridiculous. Especially when they insist I stay up to date to make cleanings easier - you're the problem. Most people have to plan their appointments with their work schedule and can't just come in on a whim. And they expect you to cater to them. This has become an unreliable practice that often has phone and scheduling issues. Look else if you want quality care and customer service.
