After that, the actual denture was made by their business close that day. They very caringly spent time with me to insure that all the little rough spots were taken off, and they were completely comfortable. I've only had to come back in one time for a minor adjustment (included in my price). No matter what your reason is for needing a denture/dentures, this is the very best place to go. Implants are even affordable! I'm unfortunately not a good candidate because my tooth and bone loss is caused by 20+ yrs of epilepsy meds. I'm so glad I found this place. They filed my insurance, with no issues. My smile is now restored and so is my confidence!! Went through 2 years of mild torture to finally have them off, and have a normal adult mouth of teeth. Although I had success with my braces an unforeseen complication had arose, I never learned to brush straight teeth before, thus leading to a poor at home preventative practice. My teeth cleanings at my previous dentist took a turn for the worst as super painful, and unfinished work came from my appointments. Getting desperate to have a full, and useful appointment I found Clarksville smiles with their Sedation Therapy. Together with local numbing, and nitrous oxide I was finally able to have a pain-free, Completely Thorough, full cleaning, and testing done. Does it cost more for these "extra" services? Yes. Was it worth it to pay? Overwhelmingly yes. Without the local numbing and NO2 I would probably have not been able to get a full treatment, and would have considered not returning to a dentist. I am grateful for this office and their services, and I know I will be returning in the future. TLDR: Bad experience at previous dentist, Got local numbing and NO2, Was worth the extra money.

The staff had previously told us that our insurance would cover 80% of the payment, leaving us with a 20% copay. Surprisingly, when we spoke with our insurance company, they informed us that they had billed them $400, and we were required to pay $300 upfront on the day of my son's appointment. Ridiculous! It seems that this clinic prioritizes money and numbers over providing accurate information. Be careful and do not believe whatever they say! Make sure to call your insurance to make sure they have a network.
