Extremely friendly staff and one of the cleanest places I have been in a while. Tablets for checking in which was pretty easy. The desk desk staff were very nice and answered the few questions I had. The dental assistant addressed all my concerns. I live off Tiny Town so this is a bit of a drive for me, but it's worth it to me for the excellent care and great customer service. Not sure how my draft posted! Here is the full review: 6/2/2020 - Today was my third visit to the office. As a new patient, I am very happy to have found Dr. Gray and Renew Dental. Since their reopening, I have been impressed with how they are keeping patients safe within new guidelines due to the Covid-19 pandemic. On my first visit, every staff member was wearing masks and every patient had temperatures taken upon checking in. There is a form regarding your symptoms and any exposure to Covid-19 which you must initial and sign. It's all new and handled well, IMO. It's an interesting story how I came upon Renew since I live in a different area of Clarksville. Basically, my hygienist is the best! Gina has helped me with my teeth health for most of the last decade since moving here; and, when she left my previous dental office (and I got pregnant), I ended up going elsewhere when I had an emergency. Yup. Pregnancy resulted in a beautiful healthy baby at the expense of a lost tooth! I'm okay with that! Lol. Anyway, I am elated to be back in her chair for my cleanings and maintenance! I will be saddened when she decides to retire in the future. From a friendly greeting and smile at the check in counter to being walked out to the front after each visit, I feel genuinely cared for. The dental assistants are sweet and skilled. The whole office is nicely decorated and up-to-date! If you're not comfortable with or happy going to the dentist (like me), then give Dr. Gray and her staff a chance to change how you feel - or, at the least, they offer sedation and have massaging dental chairs! Maybe I'll try the nitrous gas for my next dental treatment. It'll be a good laugh! read more

Let me say, I hate going to the dentist (in general). Renew Dental is the first dental office that I have not been terrified to visit. They are patient and affordable, very kind and the aesthetic is lovely! Even more importantly, they're amazing with my 6 year old daughter! She feels comfortable and loves the hygienists! Overall I am giving them a poor rating based solely on my experience with the Dentist. I went in for a 2pm appointment for a tooth ache. I left 3.5 hours later with the information that I needed to have a tooth pulled and a implant put in it's place. They also informed me that the cost would be upwards of $3000. This was all based on 2 xrays and the dentist coming in and banging the back side of her dental instrument on the tooth that was bothering me several times. I would not recommend this dentist as they are slow and the bedside manner of the actual dentist is poor. Find somewhere else to go. read more

Have been here almost a year and love it. My 5 year old also goes here, they are very patient and sweet, Dr.Dani did an excellent job on a filling for my lo front teeth. I always know what I will be paying before they do any procedures, there have been no surprise costs. Was formerly a patient at Richview Dentistry, very glad we made the switch. Dr.Dani actually listens to your requests. We initially didn't use fluoride in our lo teeth and she never pushed the subject. We just reminded the hygienist at each of our visits that we don't use fluoride. read more

I called the office stating that I had tooth pain and they took me in an hour later and they gave me a filling the same visit! My previous dentist wasn't going to schedule me for another 3 weeks ‍ the office was so clean and the staff was super friendly and helpful, even at the end of a long day. read more

My experience with this office involved nothing but error after error. After my first visit not going well I decided to give them a second try. At the end of my second appointment I was told I needed a high fluoride periodontic rinse to take home. I am a breastfeeding mother and have been told to avoid high fluoride products as flouride's safety hasn't been tested on nursing mothers. The hygienist apologized and said she had used that same exact product to rinse below the gum surface for the procedure I had done. She admitted she never would have done so had she known I was breastfeeding. I had noted that I am breastfeeding not only in my medical history paperwork- but had also verbally communicated it to the front desk and to the assistant and Dr. Gray my first visit. I would steer clear of this office for several reasons. read more

Dr Gray and her entire staff are absolutely amazing! At every visit they make sure I am comfortable, educated in my dental care, and address every concern I have. The billing is always simple and straightforward. Once the Dr creates a treatment plan, Sylvia goes over my insurance coverage and gives me the breakdown. From there, they make appointments that are convenient for me and we get through the treatment plan one step at a time as I can afford it. Never any high pressure sales tactics or rush. Dr Gray has been fantastic regarding what needs to be the priority and what can wait a bit for me to save up for. I have probably 90% of my treatment plan completed and couldn't be happier with the results. The whole team is wonderful! read more
