Right now they are operating as a pop up while they get the building ready. The food was so good I visited twice in a week! So far I have tried the steak, chicken, and shrimp and you can't go wrong with any of them. The steak is my favorite but all 3 proteins have good flavor and are cooked well. The veggies included are fresh and are cooked just long enough so that they blend in with the rice and meat, rather than crunchy veggies standing out. That's a huge plus for me and something that other hibachi places don't always get right. You can order yum yum sauce, teriyaki, sriracha and ginger sauce to complement your meal. The plates are flavorful enough that you don't even need a sauce. Even the rice has good absorbed flavor from the other ingredients, without being greasy or partially seasoned in spots. One person can easily fill up from one of the single protein options, and have leftovers if you order the 2 or 3 protein options. All of the employees are friendly and helpful, and the spot is already a chill place to hang out and catch up with members of the community.
