I do like coming to games to watch. They are very exciting and pretty decent. The parking situation is good. There is plenty of parking at the college. There are always assistants there to guide you where to park. What I do not like too much is that if the sun is out you WILL fry. There is no where to hide in that stadium. You will burn because there is no cover while watching the game. I really wish there was an area that did provide some shade. The drinks are pretty expensive. So is the food. There are cute places to do photo ops. The stadium is decorated nicely and it does scream MIAMI. Pass by to watch an FIU football game. It is worth it.

Although we had anticipated the cinema to be packed, given the live music events happening at the time, it wasn't busy at all---which gave us ample time to buy food, drinks and goodies at the concession stand. The theatre was clean, including the restrooms---but particularly our seats and cupholders. The only drawback to this cinema is parking, but we can't blame them for that.

The park also includes a little butterfly garden area. The butterflies are mostly seen during Spring time. Additionally, they have a pavilion to rent for parties and a little playground for the kids. There are also wooden benches alongside the park with bbq racks. If you're in the west Flagler area, check it out! A park dedicated to Women, yay!

We went for the "Stevie B Spring Love Music Festival", a 4 hour celebration of classical music (if you lived in Miami or NYC between the 80s and 90s). Vivo is the outdoor entertainment area of Dolphin Mall, located near the parking garage (we were able to get a good spot) and their restaurant row (including Sports and Social as well as PBR Country Music Bar). We went General admission, and stood near the back to dance & go around the different restaurants. However, we still had a pretty good view of the stage. Audio was great as well, from both the musicians as well as my attempts to sing. "Spring Love, Come Back to Me" "Because I love you (the postman song") aka cortavena music "L.o.v.e" by Erotic Exotic If any of those songs bring back nostalgia then you're in the right place. So why only three stars? Well the three pop up bars they had in the area had a limited selection of drinks. I get it that a mojito is a little more complex to make in a concert setting , so I just enjoyed rum and cokes. However, they had no wine at any of the pop up bars. My friend - who's a wine drinker - tried her number2 choice but alas they didn't have Malibu rum either. This was also the case at the ventanita (the part of Sports and Social with the outside window directly at the concert area. Our culinary fortunes improved somewhat at the inside bar of Sports and Social where she got her wine and me my mojito. We also enjoyed ham croquettes and yuca fries from Sergio's (not my restaurant :) who apparently provides their late night menu. Another thing that could be better were the bathrooms. When I finally met her in person, it was just for a split second but then we did a walk to class and she was mentioning about how she does a time management appointment as soon as she said that I went ahead and I booked the appointment with her and come to find out. Yes, she does help you with time management, but she's also your person. I talk to her about why I chose West Coast and how it's so student centric And what it means for me to become a nurse one day and she said she kind of saw herself in me with everything that has happened in my life and anytime that I need Diana for something I email her she responds to me very quick she's very fast she's an awesome advisor From the little time that i have known her I can tell that she does care for the students and the department and I could tell that she really does care for me and I even told her you know please hold my hand to help me with this entire process because I know it's going to get harder from here. if anyone wants to join West Coast University please do it is very student centric and they do care about you especially my advisor Diana honestly I know that if one day I have a meltdown I can go straight to her and she will calm me down. I love West Coast and the faculty and staff and I appreciate Diana Martinez very much because whenever I need her for anything, she's always there. So if you're hesitant on joining West Coast University, please read this and don't be hesitant anymore because it is a great school. The reality is, they will do everything in their power to dismiss you especially if you're outspoken, advocate for yourself, or simply refuse to be silent. Speaking up for yourself? Trust me, they'll find a way to push you out. Talking to the director? Doesn't matter--they don't care. It's all about tuition dollars. They set students up to fail. Concerns aren't addressed, they're brushed aside. The entire system feels designed to profit off students instead of genuinely educating them. Bottom line: this school is not invested in your success it's invested in your wallet.

This school needs to be investigated immediately. Keiser University already has MULTIPLE lawsuits…read morefiled against them for MANY reasons. All you have to do is google it. SAVE YOUR MONEY & GO TO A BETTER SCHOOL because I wish I did! I actually made it to the very end of the Radiology program until the director of the program Marilyn Galvez aka "MG" and the physics professor Arnaldo Viana aka "Profe" both came together to purposely fail me TWICE. And it's $4-5k per class. When you fail, you also have to pay a $150 fee to re-enter. (How convenient.) Additionally, Profe demonstrated clear favoritism towards certain students, providing them with answers to quizzes and exams while excluding me and another student from these advantages. This behavior not only breaches the ethical standards expected of an educational institution but has also contributed to my academic failure. 'Profe' has a history of 18+ years of purposely failing students just because he can. Sometimes he'll show the answers in class if his least favorite students aren't around with the classroom door locked or they'll meet up after school or get together on a zoom call. That's not even all of it either. He's expressed to me on a few occasions he's been getting away with failing students for almost 20 years and how "they won't be getting rid of him because who else are they going to hire to teach Physics 1-3" this was said by Profe himself. I think this was his way of warning me that he had no intentions of passing me. I should've known! I went to the graduation ceremony and all.. which is funny that they seated the 2 students who failed the last class in the back row (because this was planned) and the other 7 students they knew they were going to pass in the front row. Keiser posted our graduation photo at the pinning ceremony with me & another student who was failed on social media to promote our class got a "100% passing rate.." FALSE ADVERTISING. They didn't mention they failed 2 of us in the caption though! They also have their employees and other students on campus write a 5 star review for them on Google to help boost their ratings because they're just so bad. MG is another story. I'm also not the first student that has had this experience within this school and I certainly won't be the last. MG has also intentionally failed students, including myself, and retaliated against those who voice concerns. Just ask Group 58! Her treatment of students appears to depend on personal favoritism rather than academic performance or professionalism. When I raised concerns about these unfair practices, I experienced direct retaliation, making it impossible for me to succeed in the program. Oh and don't go to Homestead Hospital for your clinicals!! That's another story itself! Unfortunately, I have lost all interest in pursing Radiology or any job in healthcare. Now I'm stuck with $50k student loan debt and no degree/ certification or license to show for it. Luckily, I already have a bachelors degree from a high reputable university, where I experienced none of this. Mind you, I was always a very quiet and respectful student to everybody on campus. Maybe since I'm quiet and stayed to myself, they thought I'd be an easy target. It's very obvious this school is solely based to run students' pockets dry to fill up theirs. Especially lower income families. And they will not care while doing it. And the staff is all in on it! I wouldn't be surprised if the staff receives incentives for failing students hoping they'd come back and give them more money. Keiser University's administration needs to be investigated by the Department of Education once AGAIN. Appropriate action needs to occur to ensure that future students are not subjected to the same treatment. The school has had a horrible reputation for decades! They're just trying to be more sneakier about it nowadays. It's 2025 and they're still doing students dirty. Nothing has changed! There is SO much to my story this isn't even half of it. Sad. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SCHOOL.
