I'm very happy to have found these honest, knowledgeable, kind folks. Ladies, if you're anything like me ... know how to drive a car (that's debatable per my brother!) but know little about maintenance and repairs...go here! I hate to admit, I fall into the category of these type of women when it comes to the auto thing! I know many women are very smart in this respect but I'm just not. I'm "auto naive". I believe my colleague (who's father who passed away even did business with them years ago) when she says they will honestly tell you what service you need. They will not lie and tell you something else needs repair to make more money off you. There is no such thing as a "30,000 mile maintenance with a 30 point check" or whatever said the son to me when we discussed what the dealer service told me. He cautioned me: that's a way for dealers to tell the auto naive of "problems" that do not exist. Then get you to pay for parts/service you don't truly need. "You fix things as needed at whatever mile" per the son. So I drove 7 miles clear opposite direction from my way home after work to give this place a try yesterday. It's totally worth the trip!! I will be taking my car there from now on hands down. It's a feeling of relief I've gained. Priceless. I got an oil change plus inspection done for around $52. Very fair in pricing. Give them a try. Went in here today due to a loud exhaust noise coming from the bottom of my engine. I booked an…read moreafternoon appointment with Gord to have it looked at. I was running about 30 minutes late, so I called in, and he said it would not be a problem--that was nice of him. Upon getting there, I had to wait up to 30 minutes before my vehicle could be brought into the service bay--they apologized for the delay. They have a restroom, TV, and complimentary coffee while you wait, a nice touch. Once my vehicle was looked at, Gord (Owner/Manager) told me it was a leak in one of the pipes, and gave me an estimate of over $200. I asked to look at the problem area and he motioned the mechanic to show me. The mechanic was really friendly and explained all the details to me of what was wrong and how it will be repaired--very informative. $200 seemed a bit steep to just weld a part into the exhaust, and I asked Gord if he could provide any discount, but he wasn't open to providing anything further. At any rate, it was great they could repair it right away and the mechanic went to work. He then happily showed me the completed repair, a really nice job I should mention! Be aware that this place charges $96 per hour for labour, which is a bit less than surrounding Midas locations, and considerably less than the dealerships. They get pretty busy, and they told me they are presently booking appointments a week in advance....so if you're in a rush to get some work done, you should first call up these guys instead of just walking in.

They told me they purchase used tires and that the range is typically $10-$80 per tire depending on condition and demand. After I brought the tires in, they offered only $10 per tire, then raised it to just $12.50 per tire. That is $50 total for four good-condition EV winter tires that originally cost around $1,000. The offer was ridiculously low and felt like a complete waste of my time. I would not recommend bringing used tires here unless you are ready to be lowballed.

I came to One stop today after having gone to another auto repair shop for a repair and had been…read moretreated very badly by the staff there. I had to leave that repair shop. I went to the One stop on Brighton after this happened and they didnt have time to do the work I needed.The guy at Brighton called the One stop on Niagara Falls boulevard to ask if they could take my car today. One stop on the Boulvevard said yes, so I drove over .The guy was very helpful to me. I was in for an alignment after replacing a bad ball joint a few days earlier. My steering was way off because of the ball joint issue. One stop on the Boulevard was able to do my alignment within about 10 minutes of my arriving and I was out the door 45 mis later. I saw the guy who did the work take the car for a test drive after, made me feel better .. My steering being off was a concern to me Very good service , nice people.. Good end to a bad situation that happened somewhere else
