I was tempted to point this out to the mechanics but, honestly, I had no reason to believe they would do any better than I could (and as luck would have it I had a can of auto upholstery cleaner in my trunk). I was hit inside the car wash. When I exited and asked for a manager, he came over, no apologies or even an "are you ok?" He said fill out this form and we will get back to you in 5-7 days after reviewing footage. I let him know twice that the operator seemed erratic when pulling in and seemed to be starting and stopping the belt several times. I was told "no, he's worked here for 20 years." I received an email 2 days later that they reviewed footage and have no fault of theirs. When I called customer service because I believed that is incorrect, nor do I want to put a claim against my own insurance, I was told "my file will be noted." The operator said "the car behind you put his car into "drive" after being stopped. Which, I find hard to believe considering we were about 25-30% through the wash and not at the entrance. Again, nobody seemed to care or offer any type of apologies, let alone compensation or ownership of any type. I have heard this is common that they pass the liability off if there is any type of accident. Very unhappy with the situation and how it was handled and considering cancelling monthly membership.

My steering was way off because of the ball joint issue. One stop on the Boulevard was able to do my alignment within about 10 minutes of my arriving and I was out the door 45 mis later. I saw the guy who did the work take the car for a test drive after, made me feel better .. My steering being off was a concern to me Very good service , nice people.. I really hope it's not because I'm a woman, but that's honestly how it has felt. I recently went back only because I had originally bought my tires there. One tire had a slow air leak, and I figured it would be the easiest and cheapest place to have it fixed. Instead, I was told they couldn't even "touch" the tire because it had to be replaced--and then they told me all four tires needed to be replaced. I specifically asked them to only look at the one tire because I didn't want them trying to upsell me, but that's exactly what happened. After I got very frustrated and spoke with the manager, they suddenly agreed that only the one tire needed to be replaced. This isn't the first time I've had this experience. On three separate visits for tire-related issues, they also told me I needed new brakes. Each time, I got a second opinion, and every single time I was told my brakes were completely fine. At this point, I have no trust in this business. It feels like making money comes before being honest with customers. I won't be back, and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy service.

Mike, the owner I could tell right from the start is passionate about what he does. He went above and beyond to help me. Most shops if you don't know exactly what you want, will tell you to go and do research and come back, this is not the way he operates. Mike helped and gave me some suggestions on the way to go.
