My daughter was nervous at first, but because of their demeanor, my daughter relaxed to let them do their full check up without crying. I was so proud of my daughter for being brave. She was really nervous and Dr Eliott and Haley had put her at ease. Dr Eliott answered all my questions and gave us helpful tips on how to care for our daughter's teeth. We are so happy with the quality of care my daughter receives by everyone at this clinic, from the front desk staff to the hands on health care providers. I wish my dentist was just as friendly, efficient, kind, gentle and knowledgeable as Dr Eliott and Dr Molina.

Their entire staff reflects that same warmth and professionalism, creating an environment where kids (and parents!) feel completely at ease. From the moment you walk into the office, it's clear you're in good hands. The facility is state-of-the-art, thoughtfully designed with kids in mind, and every detail is geared toward creating a positive, stress-free experience. But above all, what really matters is this: they're experts. Both of my kids actually enjoy going to the dentist--and between the two of them, we've only had one cavity. Given their love of candy, that's a small miracle! I recommend Cary Pediatric Dentistry with complete confidence. They've been a foundational part of my children's health and well-being, and we're so grateful for the care they provide.

I think I was more nervous than the kids to try out a new dentist after moving here, but in the end, I had nothing to worry about. First, from a special needs prospective, the staff here can't be beat. There were two technicians working on my daughter and they did an amazing job of putting her at ease while doing the cleaning. Cleaning can be difficult and traumatic for someone who cannot easily open their mouth, lean in this way, tell when it hurts, etc. I was able to sit with her legs in my lap on the chair, and she was relaxed and did not express discomfort at any point. I really appreciated the time and care they gave to my daughter. For my other two, this was the little guy's first appointment, and my middle's first experience with cavities! Again, both instances were far better than expected. The staff is very friendly and patient, which is refreshing when a lot of their day can be accompanied by screaming children. I've never seen anyone "frazzled' or impatient, and they are incredibly receptive to discomfort or fear. The waiting room is great, and the best part--they give tokens to take to the prize machines after the cleaning! My middle child still talks about how fun that is. If I had to offer a criticism (always leave room for improvement, right?) the bar stools in the private rooms are not super comfortable. They have great comfy benches and magazines in the general cleaning area. I cannot recommend Dr. Chandak and the staff at Brooks & Chandak enough. Dr. Chandak went out of her way to explain how everyone's cleaning habits and growth were progressing, and what we could do at home to improve their dental health. Incredibly kind and professional.

No option to get a callback when they're available…read more Update: 15 minutes Update: 23 minutes I'm still waiting because this is the only place I've found that accepts Medicaid. MAJOR UPDATE: after 28 MINUTES this man finally answers the phone. Says they've been closed for 10 minutes and their system should have given me an option to leave a message. I ask if I can make an appointment and he just noticed that I left a 1 star review so he refused to make an appointment with me because I didn't talk to them first. How am I supposed to talk to you when I'm on hold? If this guy is gonna be this unprofessional about receiving a 1 star review he knows he deserved, imagine how he intimidates others out of leaving accurate reviews. I'd steer FAR clear of this place, this guy is really bad news. Update: I did not curse at all until he was hanging up on me, that is a flat-out lie to cover himself. He refused to treat me purely because I left a bad review while being kept on hold for half an hour. Please think about how many bad reviews have been repressed and how this man just boldly lied before considering letting him touch your body.

Guess the new…read moredoctor decided to keep the same name in hopes of fooling people into continuing to use this office. My father never had any problems with Dr Howarth, but found this new dentist to be a bit patronizing. And we are not sure his skills are even close to the standards of the previous dentist. My father has been a patient of Dr Howarth for years with no complaints. Now the new dentist, Dr. Ashkan Tajeddini, isn't even in network for my elderly father's insurance. The office didn't inform him of this and after having an old crown, originally placed by Dr. Howarth, come off, the new dentist reglued the old crown in place and charged my father $252 out of pocket for less than 15 minutes work. What a scam! Time to find a new dentist!
