Don't bother looking on their website for a menu like I did. The menu is handwritten daily and changes based on what's fresh and available. If you're not a fan of sushi, don't worry. They have a great selection of Yakitori for those looking for something different. My husband had the Beef Tongue, Pork Belly, and the Kurobuta (Berkshire pork) Sausage. He enjoyed all of them. The sausage was good, but it tasted like a fairly typical sausage and was on the smaller side. I had the Mango Kengo roll, which was very well done. The salmon was incredibly fresh. It was a little spicier than I prefer because of the Togarashi seasoning, which also seems to accompany many of the yakitori dishes. We also ordered the Ika Maruyaki (grilled squid). We both love squid, especially when it's prepared this way, but this dish just wasn't as good as we had hoped. We were both a little underwhelmed. The sushi and sashimi were beautifully sliced, incredibly fresh, and definitely high quality. I tried the Madai for the first time and really enjoyed it. The fluke was excellent, and the salmon was exactly what you'd expect from high quality salmon. I finally tried Uni as well. It was very fresh, but I learned it's just not for me. Overall, I'm very excited to go back and try more of the menu. I do wish the server was friendlier.

Located in one of the numerous strip plazas along this commercial stretch, it is relatively unobtrusive. It's tucked back on the hook of this J-shaped plaza facing the road. The plaza itself was nicely quiet in the evening when we visited as Marco's was the only other open shop. The restaurant was moderately busy, but there were nonetheless plenty of open tables allowing us to be seated right away. Once we were seated, our server Andrea attended to us quickly. She was efficient and pleasant, and she did a very good job for us while we were there. The menu offered several good choices ranging from sushi and sashimi to hot preparations. There were both Japanese and Korean favorites, and that plays to our liking. We have recently been ordering one appetizer and one entree to split when we eat out since that keeps both calories and the total expenditure from being excessive. Given the suffocating cost of everything these days, including eating out, we'll likely continue this practice. While this place is moderate in price by current standards, it was still helpful to be restrained. As such, we chose the CAA Roll and the Dolsot Bibimbap to share. This turned out to be plenty of food for the two of us and was likewise very tasty. The roll was not elaborate but was still excellent with a great combo of cucumber, asparagus and avocado. We always prefer Bibimbap in a stone bowl as they served it here. This turned out to be a great choice as the bowl was well prepared with savory ingredients and the Gochujang (red chili paste) was an excellent complement. The final bill with food, drink, tax and tip was $41. I should note that we could have made it cheaper, but I splurged a little bit with a $6 glass of California-origin Cabernet (though I noticed after the fact that they had Plum Wine...I'll try that next time). While we had to pay attention as noted above to moderate the price, I certainly won't complain about laying out just over $20 per person for a good meal like this these days.
