I love love love this place!! It's the only Korean food around and that's ok - this place has amazing food! If you like or have been wanting to try Bibimbap, get here! The ingredients are fresh, the sauce choices are awesome (try the Master sauce - a little sweet with a little heat, yum!), and the choices of meats and veggies are plentiful. For me, the beef is the best! They also have complimentary soups, miso and seaweed and both are delicious. My favorite menu items are the hot stone bowl and the fried pork dumplings. Drool worthy!! If you haven't been here or have questions, the staff is very friendly and very helpful and will spend some time with you explaining what everything is and/or how best to order. Also, I want to mention the kimchi. I don't usually like kimchi as it is sometimes very strong and pungent, but they have it perfected here and it's so good! We have eaten here several times but have noticed that their food has declined in quality. I've had both rice and noodle bowls full of protein and vegetables but with no flavor. I am not drenching my food in salty sauces to get a better taste. The service is OK as I asked about one of their teas and because I have a milk allergy had to make sure there was no dairy in it. The lady at the kitchen said that it had non dairy creamer which indeed has dairy proteins, when I tried to make my point across and asked to see the ingredients she didn't and kept arguing with me. The restrooms are not well kept, according to my husband and the trash bin was overflowing in the dinning room. I've never been there during quiet hours so I have no opinion about the ambience since everytime we've been there are families with children and crying babies. read more

I have been wanting to try Rice Master for awhile, I just never made the time. I am in love. I went tonight and got a noodle bowl with chicken and all the toppings. This was so good and so filling. Wow! I ate the whole bowl and if my stomach would have allowed I would have eaten another! I got the rice bowl with the beef and brown rice. All the fixings except for kimchi. I put the sweet and spicy Korean sauce on and Dayum! It was so delicious. My daughter got the noodle bowl with broth. I tasted her broth and it needs work. It's missing flavor. The bulgogi (beef) was 75% fat and gristle (I had to stop eating to use floss to remove a giant piece of gristle from between my molars); needless to say I didn't keep eating after that. Very very poor customer service. The main lady who works at the front is quite rude to me despite me being a loyal customer. She typically dumps my food on the table and walks off... but interestingly pleasantly greets others of a particular race with cheer and a sweet smile.
