I emailed our complaint to "Kelly" and never heard from him/her. Not has the "manager" returned any calls. Attached are our photos sent to Davey via email on 7/22/2024 after we contacted them about the condition of our yard and telling them something wasn't right! Check out the weeds lol. I've also attached our recent emails, that were prior to these reviews, from Davey/aka Tyler who was our "rep". Just want to note that never does he mention speaking to his tech nor reassures us that he spoke with them and it was a one time mistake. Surely they spoke with their team to find out how/what/why happened? He conviently leaves out the weed complaint (from July). Yes, we can assume but until you can prove that the assumption isn't true, DAVEY IS ASSUMING we received the service and taking our money. Our yard & neighbor says otherwise!!! (((Since my edit erased my original review... here is my email to "Kelly" regarding the complaint which sums it up))) In all of the years we have never complained. Well this year we noticed our yard in bad condition. We have had trees cut down, and a French drain put in few years ago. We invested money & have paid to reseeded our yard and done it ourselves multiple times. We paid you. We have put money into our yard and it was looking great! This year that changed. We called and sent pictures (not the ones I posted, but I can send them if needed). You all sent someone out to look and agreed our yard should not be in the condition it was (we have texts and emails). Full of weeds and was losing its fullness. You then sent someone out to retreat our yard. We thought it was quite odd that our yard looked as it did. Fast forward .... We were notified by our neighbor across the street that Davey had treated their yard. Our neighbor also told us she is pretty sure this has happened before. She's not sure how many times. We notified "Tyler" who is a horrible customer service rep btw. We told him what had happened and we felt that this occurred multiple times by what the neighbor said and that explains the condition our yard was in. We were told you'd make it right. The next morning at 7:30am a man was treating our yard. When we received our bill for the treatment my husband contacted Tyler. Tyler asked what more do we want because both times we called he sent someone out. For one... an apology? So sort of explanation? I want to know how many times you treated my neighbors yard? You think it is okay that this happened? It's okay after paying all year, that our yard looks bad? You're proud of the job you did (or didn't do!)? At minimum I would have expected to not have been billed for that service. Honestly, I did expected more (I am a business owner in the service industry) due to the condition of our yard alone. I'm guessing Tyler is younger, has yet to mature & has much to learn working in the service industry. Starting with how to treat people,, esp your long term customers. Sorry to bad review you but people need to be aware. What happened is not acceptable.

After having my yard dug up for a new sewer line, my yard was destroyed. After digging the trench…read morefor the sewer there was a pile of hard compacted clay and stones. Subsoil that is 'dead' and devoid of any organic matter. This inert earth was not what I wanted to grow new lawn. A neighbor had removed the bulk of the dirt that was piled up. It was still more than I could handle on my own and decided I had to hire a landscaper. I called Precision and Nick B came out. I explained to Nick that I wanted that clumpy, barren soil skimmed off and some good topsoil brought in. I did not stand over the top of the workmen. After they were gone and I saw what they did, I was absolutely sick. Instead of getting rid of the crap clay and stones, they spread it all around the yard over the top of the lawn that was fine! I contacted Nick and he came out and said to water it and it would be fine. So, I watered and watered and a small portion of grass came in. Called Nick again. He said keep watering. I did and NOTHING. No more came in. I am stuck. I paid for a job and I am basically worse off than I was. Instead of getting rid of the crap dirt and stones, it is all over my yard. So now I have a bigger area that needs to be worked than I started out with. As I try to come up with a plan to fix this, all I keep thinking was I paid to have this fixed and it was not done as I had asked. It was not done correctly. My yard looks horrible. I asked to make this right. Nick called and we discussed. He swore that they had brought in topsoil. I don't know anyone who would call that topsoil. I gave him the opportunity. As I expected, he wouldn't own it. I am now wondering if I could still attempt to fix it myself or hire someone else. Although I afraid to trust anyone at this point.

They took care to protect my lawn, took down the trees, removed everything and their clean up was immaculate. Not a branch, twig or leaf for me to pickup. Plus where the grass was matted down they raked it up so the grass was standing back up. The best thing, the price was very reasonable and they were easy to work with. Highly recommend.
