READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS!!! Repeat...READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS Precision did my original stamped concrete patio 12 years ago and I was very happy. I hired them to add a gas fireplace and stamped concrete patio this summer. I hired Precision Corporation in North Royalton to install a stamped concrete patio, and while the workmanship was good, the finished stamped concrete color is nothing like the color stain I selected from their website. I was very disappointed with the difference in the final result. I want to warn people to be very cautious of this company. The terms and conditions on their website state they are not responsible for color differences. I wish this had been emphasized before the installation because the color of stamped concrete is a major part of the finished product. The actual color of my patio is nowhere near what was posted on their website. The color I chose was a grey type color and the actual color used on my new patio is a rust/orange. It's blotchy all over and very inconsistent coloring. It is not even remotely close to the color shown on their website. The company won't do anything to fix it. My advice to anyone considering this company is to carefully read the TERMS AND CONDITIONS before signing and understand that if the finished color is not what you ordered, you have no recourse. Ask detailed questions, and know that the color you request doesn't matter. Make sure you are comfortable with the risks. BUYER BEWARE! Here are the terms and conditions as of 07/22/2026: Concrete: Precision gives no warranty on concrete work. Drives that are installed any time prior to October 31st must be sealed before winter to ensure drive is protected from the winter salt otherwise drive has the potential to pit from salt due to cars going up the drive. Color tones of dyed concrete may vary due to different truck loads, weather conditions at time of pour and natural sun rays. Release thrown shading colors can vary in tones due to weather conditions at time of pour and natural sun rays. Precision is not responsible for color differences in colored stamped concrete due to these reasons or any other reason. Precision is not responsible for differences in stamp indentations due to the nature of stamp work, weather conditions at time of pour and natural sun rays. Some areas dry faster than others and get deeper indentations. Precision will do our best to keep stamp indentations equal but there are a lot of imperfections with stamped concrete. In cases where concrete requires release cuts with a saw chipping may occur on edges of cuts which is unpreventable and is not under any type of warranty. During installations of concrete small debris falling from trees can get into the concrete and we can do our best to remove it but sometimes debris gets floated into the concrete and is unpreventable. Debris can also get into the sealer during sealing of a patio and we will take ever measure to get it out but sometimes we can't get to it. Precision is not responsible for keeping people, debris, animals, autos or any other object or thing off the concrete after Precision has left the job site. If damage does occur Precision is not held responsible to fix the damage. During hot months of the year sealer on stamped concrete patios may bubble and look a little foggy this is caused from the heat and Precision is not held responsible to come fix it. Soil repair around newly installed concrete is priced following the installation of the concrete. These are all the imperfections stamped concrete can have and Precision just likes you to know what to expect. read more

After having my yard dug up for a new sewer line, my yard was destroyed. After digging the trench for the sewer there was a pile of hard compacted clay and stones. Subsoil that is 'dead' and devoid of any organic matter. This inert earth was not what I wanted to grow new lawn. A neighbor had removed the bulk of the dirt that was piled up. It was still more than I could handle on my own and decided I had to hire a landscaper. I called Precision and Nick B came out. I explained to Nick that I wanted that clumpy, barren soil skimmed off and some good topsoil brought in. I did not stand over the top of the workmen. After they were gone and I saw what they did, I was absolutely sick. Instead of getting rid of the crap clay and stones, they spread it all around the yard over the top of the lawn that was fine! I contacted Nick and he came out and said to water it and it would be fine. So, I watered and watered and a small portion of grass came in. Called Nick again. He said keep watering. I did and NOTHING. No more came in. I am stuck. I paid for a job and I am basically worse off than I was. Instead of getting rid of the crap dirt and stones, it is all over my yard. So now I have a bigger area that needs to be worked than I started out with. As I try to come up with a plan to fix this, all I keep thinking was I paid to have this fixed and it was not done as I had asked. It was not done correctly. My yard looks horrible. I asked to make this right. Nick called and we discussed. He swore that they had brought in topsoil. I don't know anyone who would call that topsoil. I gave him the opportunity. As I expected, he wouldn't own it. I am now wondering if I could still attempt to fix it myself or hire someone else. Although I afraid to trust anyone at this point. read more

Absolutely the best. I had four large trees taken down and the workers that performed this service were top notch. True arborists that really knew what they were doing. They took care to protect my lawn, took down the trees, removed everything and their clean up was immaculate. Not a branch, twig or leaf for me to pickup. Plus where the grass was matted down they raked it up so the grass was standing back up. The best thing, the price was very reasonable and they were easy to work with. Highly recommend. read more

We hired Precision in early 2025 to install a concrete pad in our backyard for a basketball court. We hired them based on the promise by Precision that the job would be completed at the beginning of April. However, that did not occur. They were off by over a month and kept providing deceptive and misleading responses on when the job would be completed. Further, when they initially asked if we wanted certain rocks removed from the area of the basketball court, we thought we wanted to keep them. However, after seeing how many were left over, we reached back out to Adam Felkonis to have them removed. Adam then stated he would do it for a substantial fee ($350/hr). Based on interactions with the ownership of this company, it is clear to us that these deceptive and misleading practices are instilled in Precision's employees from a top-down perspective. I gave them a 2,000.00 dollar deposit I decided not to have them do the work because they wanted to do it their own way, they will not give me my deposit back, even though they didn't schedule me or purchase any supplies.... WHAT A RIP OFF read more

THEY DON'T LISTEN... In May, 2018 we began to plan a new patio and subsequent landscaping to accommodate the change in patio layout. When we contracted for the job in May - we were put on the calendar for October. Willing to wait, however, Precision was informed that there was a week we would be out of town. We were told - they would not plant that week as I would have input into types and placement of the plants. Guess what week they planted! Guess who had no say in the planting. Come spring when we could see the plants - not covered with snow - called Precision to meet with them. A month later - the meeting happened and I was told - "Can't decide that you don't like the plants after living with them since November!" Absolutely no willingness to stand behind commitment and try to make things right! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! read more

Avoid. If there's any problems with their work, you'll hear excuse after excuse, and, eventually, be blamed for their shoddy work. Also, as told by their representative, they absolutely do not cover, warranty, guarantee, etc., any of their work. Do not enter into any work agreement with this company. We had a large, stamped concrete patio installed. Less than a year later, we requested one of their representatives come out because it had ALREADY started pitting and peeling in spots. We were told by that representative that unfortunately, it may happen during the first year, and also mentioned a majority of the pours they did in the past year had the same problem because of the harsh winter that year. Specifically, when asked, the representative noted that it was ONLY a problem that occurred in the first year, and the pitting and peeling would stop. We followed his EXACT recommendation and then sealed it with the EXACT product he told us to use. A year later, the pitting, peeling, etc., continued. We had a representative out again, and everything he said directly conflicted with what we were told the previous year (the pitting wouldn't continue, what product to use, etc.). Same company, two completely different (and conflicting) sets of answers when addressing our concerns. All talk, no action. We had two other companies out before calling Precision back to talk with them regarding the problems (for the second time), both companies telling us it wasn't normal to see problems like this. Bringing this up to Precision, they were appalled that we had asked a different company for an opinion on their work and immediately got defensive that I had asked for a second opinion. Their last piece of advice (after a rather combative phone call and unpleasant visit by their representative) was to call the Parma city inspector, and told us the inspector would reinforce everything Precision told us. We then have the city inspector out, who (and not surprisingly) negates most of what Precision has told us. The inspector wasn't too fond of their work and did offer advice moving forward (the city making Precision replace a certain part of the patio, or filing claims with the BBB, etc.) after a thorough inspection. So, now we're stuck with one of two scenarios: filing a BBB claim or lawsuit, potentially forcing Precision to actually repair their errors (which will never match the rest of the patio) or be stuck with a patio that is constantly pitting and peeling year after year. It would have been wiser of us just to go with another company in the first place. read more

We had Precision do am pretty extensive job in Fall of 2018. Included in that job was removal of 2 spruces that had been planted for 20 years but had become diseased as needed to be replaced. Precision replaced with 3 pines. Nice trees! But one was planted right under the canopy of a well established oak tree so in a matter of less than 5 years the pine would have grown into the oak. So we had another landscaper move the pines to a more appropriate location. In the move the new landscaper informed us that Precision failed to cut the rope and burlap that wrapped the roots. So in a few years... after the one year warranty period.. our trees would have died. Another negative to Precision. Think long and hard before working with them. They talk a good talk but do not deliver! read more

We contracted with Precision to remove a landscape wall and install a new one. They did an amazing job and we could not be happier. Precision was upfront about when they could get us on the schedule, and they delivered on time and in budget. We will absolutely use them again. We had a tree removed and one trimmed in our backyard. They were very professional. Came to our house on 2 occasions for quotes because we changed our mind and then called the day of the job and did a fantastic job. They got the work done and cleaned up very well too! Overall I would recommend and we will be using their services again. read more

Mo and his crew are amazing! I had them do my entire landscaping including planting 12 large trees and a sprinkler system last year. It all turned out perfect! We had Precision tear down our old deck and replace with a stone patio. They also removed all of the overgrown plants in the yard and re-landscaped. Everything was done right. They never cut corners. The workers were very professional and hard working. I highly recommend them. read more

We had an extremely bad experience. Within the first year, 3 endless summer hydrangeas died, 10 pink phlox died, 1 bloodgood maple died and 1 Ivory Silk Lilac tree started looking bad. Even though these plants and trees died within the first-year warranty period, Precision would not replace them. Let me run through the sequence of events, so you can see what their customer service is like. 1. In July 2015, Precision came out to our house and provided an estimate. Over the next month, we finalized the scope of work. They stressed the importance of watering and upsold us fixing our sprinkler system and replacing all the heads. 2. In August 2015, we paid our deposit to start the work. 3. In October 2015, they finally finished all the work except trimming the large trees by our sunroom which was never completed. Within the first month of planting, pink phlox's were already looking bad. 4. Spring and Summer of 2016 came and all the plants looked terrible and died. So, we called Precision multiple times and never received a call back. We even stopped by their office on August 18, 2016 regarding all the problems we were having and was assured that we would be called back but it never happened. 5. By September 2016, we were extremely frustrated and then sent a certified letter including pictures of all the dead plants and trees on September 25, 2016. We received our reply card back on September 27th which was signed by their office. Not surprisingly, we did not receive any response back even after sending a certified letter. 6. In October 2017, they winterized our sprinkler system and we mentioned again about our plants and trees. Again, they never called us back. 7. In May 2017, we sent them another email explaining our extreme frustration and referenced the certified letter that was sent. We told them we would pay for the winterization above as soon as they replaced our plants and trees. The finally got back to us and instead of apologizing and resolving the issue, they decided to try to blame us that everything died because we did not water the plants. That response is extremely unprofessional and not accurate. In fact, we have an increase in our water bills to prove that we were watering. Why would be spend thousands of dollars with them to fix our sprinkler system based on their recommendation and then not water the plants? They even had the gall to ask us to send them the pictures again. We decided not to because they were sent in our certified letter which they should have placed in our file. The quality of the work and the customer service that they provided is extremely disappointing. My recommendation is BUYER BEWARE. read more

We had a new patio, new double garage floor and steps and recementing of 4 blocks of our driveway. The company was very professional, completing the work in a minimal amount of time. The workers were amazing; they were extremely knowledgeable and so hard working.. They put everything back and did a wonderful job of cleaning up. We had about 7 estimates and are very glad we went with this company. You get what you pay for. They cut no corners and were up front with what we needed done. read more

This is the most poorly run company I have ever dealt with. I moved to Strongsville last year and decided to utilize them to winterize my sprinkler system. I called them and did not get an answer, but left a message. They scheduled a time to come out when I was not there, when they winterize my sprinklers and left me a bill. All was well. Then comes the spring and I called to have my sprinklers turned on. This is now a completely different story. They advertise themselves as a Percision "corporation" with a multifaceted services. Yet, you're too cheap to hire someone to answer their phones! I work a busy schedule, 9-5 and typically cannot get to my phone. Nonetheless, whenever I call, I have to leave a message. Apparently they are unable to pay somebody $60 a day to answer the phone during the spring. I am astonished at this company still exists with that kind of customer service. Heaven forbid I had an issue , I would NEVER. Be able to actually speak to someone. Don't take my word for it, call them, you can leave them a message and hope they call back. read more
