I went to the store on 05/07/2019 at 1:30:44 to order a corsage for my Mother for Mother's Day. Lisa took my order #39162, wristlet with cream sprays and a lavender ribbon. I was told to come back in three days, Friday the 10th between 1pm and 2pm to pick it up. It was important that it be a wristlet since last year the corsage being pinned to her shirt did not go over well. I returned on the 10th at 1:30pm, receipt in hand. They asked me what I needed, so I said I was there to pick up my corsage. They asked me my name. I told them. The girl went over to the refrigerator, looked at 3 corsages in there and asked me my name again, I told her. She kept going over the corsages in there looking at name tags apparently. She looked at me and asked if I was Mr. Gibson. This was getting stupid. There were no other customers in the store, but there were about 10 people in the back with a guy sitting at the computer table that was so loud it was unbelievable. I went over to the refrigerator to tell her my name once again. The girl grabbed a corsage and said it listed under another person's name and apologized. I could barely hear her since everyone in the back were so loud. So I was handed the corsage and left. I refrigerated the corsage immediately. I live a mile away. On Mother's Day, I drove 16 miles to give Mom her corsage before she went to church. I wanted her to look nice. She opened the plastic container to find the sprays had a tinge of brown around the edges, and not only that, the corsage was pin on one with two long pins, NOT the wristlet I ordered. So once again Mother's Day got screwed up right from jump street. $28.62 for what? This place is a disaster. If you want to get something special for a loved one, GO ELSEWHERE. read more

If I could give negative stars I would! Worst bouquet I've ever seen in my life, looked nothing like the picture. I would've been more satisfied had they just cancelled the order and said they were too busy for the Mother's Day holiday. I'm embarrassed for them. Can't believe an actual florist would think this was acceptable. My one year old niece has picked me better bouquets in the yard! I also paid an extra fee to have them delivered on Mother's Day and they were delivered on Saturday. Didn't rerun anything and this was not a last minute order! read more

My wife just got flowers delivered Saturday from her son in Boston per FTD for Mothers day and used this So called florist to make the arrangement.. The flowers were half dead when we got them, the stems were so short they barely touched the water..Today is Monday and the flowers are all dead already..Their reasoning was because they use mature blossoms..Correct these were so mature they arrived half dead already. When my wife called to tell of her disappointment the women was so nasty..she said call FTD they are the ones..Maybe, but you put the arrangement together..She didn't want to hear anything..just call FTD, we have nothing to do with it..Your correct, the effort on putting this bouquet together had to be done by a 3 year old, sorry, I think a 3 year old would have done better.. I worked for Lisa (the owner) February 12th, from 10:00 to 2:00 and again on February 13th, from 10:00 to 3:00 (a total of 9 hours) to help with her Valentine's Day orders. When I left, Lisa told me she would get with me next week to pay me. Two weeks passed and I never heard a word from her. I politely texted her to see if she accidentally had forgotten. With no apology, she told me she was busy and would put a check in the mail. I did receive a check, but it was for only $40.00. I texted her again and to see why she only paid me for one day (4 hours) and not the second day (5 hours). She said she would put an additional check in the mail for $30.00, $20.00 short of what she owed me. I told her that was unexceptionable and would expect full payment. I did finally receive the second check, a month after working, but it was for $40.00. She deliberately short changed me $10.00. Apparently she expects full payment from her customers, but has trouble making full payment with her employees. TERRIBLE TO DO BUSINESS WITH !!!! read more

My sister in NC ordered flowers from Rich Designs because they would deliver them on a Sunday. I was really down. It was my late son's Birthday and my cat had to be put down. So nice to get a basket of flowers to cheer me up. I also used them to send flowers to my sister-in-law in WV and they were delivered the next day and just what I ordered. A tiny on the pricey side, but I guess you have to pay to have things delivered by another florist in another state. read more

I purchased the "Deluxe Purple Moon flowers" from Rich Designs Florist online for Mother's day. My siblings and I do not live close to my mother so for the first time we had to order flowers online for her. I received a call the next day informing me they were out of the arrangement. I asked if they could do something similar to it. I was assured that wouldn't be a problem. My mom sends me a picture of her flowers. The flowers she received were awful and no way "similar" to the flowers in the picture. I also order a balloon with the flowers which turned out to be a blue balloon with a smile face drawn on with sharpie. I call the place to see if I can bring the flowers back for a refund. Which the slip you get with it says if you call within 24 hours they will make the necessary adjustments. The first lady I spoke to told me they've been out of flowers since Wednesday and that was the best they could do. She also said I agreed to something similar, which that defiantly was not similar. She would not give me a refund but instead offered to replace the flowers. Which I refused because if they would have informed me they were out of flowers in general I would have canceled my order. Which I was given a wrong number and had to call back. The owner picked up this time I informed her who I was and what happened. She said they told me they were out of flowers and pretty much blamed me for not ordering sooner. She also told me when buying flowers online they don't always look like the picture. I informed her once again I was not told they were out of flowers but merely out of the arrangement. She said she was the one who spoke to me about it and then later changed it to another girl spoke to me. The quality of customer services at this place is beyond poor and the flowers they are trying to pass off in these pictures are appalling. After arguing with her for a good amount of time I settled on the piratical refund and keeping the flowers. Needless to say I will be buying my mom new beautiful flowers. read more

I ordered from Ava's Flowers online, and apparently they contract with this company, as this is the phone number that comes up on my phone. I ordered a specific color scheme of pinks and whites for my grandmother's funeral, and they sent a basket with no pinks at all, but rather shades of peach and orange. I get you might have to substitute a particular flower, but to completely change the color scheme is unacceptable. People choose what they choose for a reason and to do it to funeral flowers is cold hearted. You know the family can't do a thing about it, because once the funeral is over, so is the need for the flowers. And their solution to me was to offer me a $5.00 refund and a $20.00 credit for a future order. $5.00 is insulting to begin with, but no amount of money can change what they did. And the credit is just wrong....if you think there is a chance that I will ever shop with you again, you are crazy. Not only will I not shop here, I will be sure to inform everyone I know of your shameful business practices. read more
