I happen to live close enough to Lotus Media that it's a short drive to their drop off point. Today (Sunday), I received an email stating that the video tapes have already been processed. Lotus' turnaround on this has been amazing! I provided them with a USB drive to store the digitized videos, and it is being delivered to my home tomorrow (i.e., Monday). Wow - thus far Lotus has been awesome. I'm looking forward to seeing the finished product but have been extremely impressed with their service. I will update the review after I have time to review the digitized videos.

Even before we scheduled our session, she was very prompt and responsive to emails and gave us many great options on locations and product options. We decided to do our pictures outdoors and she met us at Golden Gardens and was well prepared, having scoped out some great sites to shoot, and even brought some simple props. After the photos were proofed and put on her secure website, she came out to our house to show us samples of her product offerings, and gave us great suggestions on types of canvases, sizing, and where to hang our family pictures. He sent me a one song preview (A YEAR AND A HALF LATER) when we had a signed contract and I paid for a 7 to 11 minute long video. I finally had to say "you have 5 days to give me a FULL refund or I'm going to my attorney and police station" magically 14 hours later he sent me the bare minimum 7 minute video( still looks like a draft video) he refuses to respond and has blocked me. All I want is what I paid for. He claims our business has been concluded since 2023 but I have so much proof and evidence of conversations of him "working on my video" June of 2024 (I got married June of 2022). this guy will give you every excuse saying he "over booked himself for the season" "took on more than he can handle" Please save yourself from the heartache.
