Be cautious with Rich's car wash as they do not take responsibility for damages caused to your vehicles by the cleaning machines. Recently, one of the machines tore off the front bumper and ruined the paint on it. The manager kindly apologized to me and told me that the general manager would take responsibility for the damages. It's nice to have a car wash in the neighborhood. I pay $20 a month for unlimited washes, which i love and try to use 2 to 3 times a week. But most importantly they have powerful vacuums! I like that they employee the young kids from our local high school too Im extremely offended and pissed off! I just left this car wash that I have been going to since they opened. I just had one of the employees accuse me of taking my sticker off my vehicle and switch it to another vehicle. I told him I have had the same vehicle for 5 years and I have never removed the sticker. So he goes on to tell me he can see that the sticker is raised. So I rub and touch on it and it's stuck like glue. How dare he call me a liar about a $20 membership, if I had more than one vehicle which I do not, but I'm sure I could afford another membership for it. This the type of service that would make me go somewhere else. I left my last car wash location to support a local business. Management need to have a conversation with this person on how to speak to people because he did a piss poor job at addressing me! read more

Would give them a 0 star if possible. 1st off I've been to this car wash multiple times with a cargo basket on top of my car, no issues. I came up there today and staff was being rude and telling me "this your first time here I assume because we don't allow these baskets." 2nd off they taped off my back windshield wiper and it still broke, now I have to go buy a brand new one I bought about a week ago.. never coming here again read more

I was sad to see that Houston didn't have my go to, "Fast Lane" drive through car wash because they are the only one that I have found in TX that actually physically dry your car as you exit - and after a bad wash at Blue Wave and a "Ehhh" wash at Buccees, I was pleasantly surprised by Rich's. Their ridiculously powerful automatic dryer when exiting, works as good as a hand towel dry at my local spot and their free vacuums are powerful, clean and do not smell nasty (dog, musty, etc.) The car attendant when I arrived was super helpful (will update with his name next time). He came around with free air freshener and as I was vacuuming, I saw him making rounds, making sure all of the vacuum stalls and grounds were clean and tidy. The place far exceeded my expectations - it's immaculate and exactly what I have been hoping to find for my black car when I don't have time to sit and wait for a full service. After major rains and inclement weather, my car was filthy. Since I have a membership, I decided to go get a wash be fore work. As I exited the wash bay, it noticed that my car was still dirty. I tried to re-enter the wash bay to get it washed a second time. Well, guess what? The computer says I'd reached my maximum washes. How is it unlimited and I've reach a maximum usage? Then, instead of just running my car through the wash, the attendee proceeded to ask where the dirt was. Are you kidding me? Don't even get me started on the one female with the weave ponytail. She will instruct you to enter the wash bay without looking as she pretends to guide your car inside. Scratched my wheel and everything! Then, they pick and choose whose vehicle should get sprayed with prewash on the windows. Customers with loud music are never reprimanded either. I'm going to cancel my membership! just now If I could give 0 stars, I would. I went this past Sunday for a car wish in my moms 4Runner. Directly after the wash my car was damaged and piece of the plastic fender part was removed. The tabs were broken off and the adhesive holding the piece was ripped as well. The existing piece cannot be reused since the tabs are broken. I told the car wash and they are denying that their was damaged my vehicle. They are trying to implement their 7 year rule. I got an estimate and the total is $342.71 or something along that line and the car wash will not take responsibility for it. I spoke to Vinny, Jonathon, and Jason and they all are trying to tell me that my car was damaged before the wash which is a complete lie. DO NOT go to this car wash. It will possibly damage your car and the service you will receive is terrible. Poor service and do not care about their customers. read more

I left to go to another wash. These people haven't had towels in months. They barely keep air freshener anymore and if they have it new car smell is the only one. When you ask for those items they act as if it's your fault they don't have them. Here's an idea however. Get off those phones. Come out of that office and collect the towels before they vanish. Actually pass out the air freshener instead of stacking it in a free for all pile. It's not like you're actually washing the cars. Do a little work! read more
