Every time I came up with an idea to condense & repack an item in the truck, Kannon came up with the same idea as I did simultaneously. I consider myself to be an excellent packer, so Kannon receives exceptionally high scores for having a good sense of making the most room for what needed to be loaded & packed. Kannon's helpers also busted their humps like mini freight trains that just kept going. I had to give them drinks & tell them to take a break several times. Farrell Plumbing - Simply the Best!…read more September 29, 2025 - Hands down, simply the best. My kitchen sink drain pipes kept leaking on and off. The original kitchen sink setup existed before Farrell came and did my complete retrofit of all of the plumbing in my home. In typical Florida home fashion, that sink setup was a convoluted mess and would continually leak no matter how often it was tightened. Called Farrell Plumbing to see if they could fix this mess and send Mark over to look at it. Professional and very nice young man, Mark, took one look at it and saw the issue was with the gaskets and showed me why it kept leaking. He additionally looked at the original setup and saw a more workable solution, made the replacement features and shortly I hear the sound of running water with no leaks in sight. Mark's plumbing observation and skills saw a workable solution that also provided more room under the sink. When I requested the invoice, Mark shared that his boss said, this is close to the warranty for the retrofit work so no charge. I was GOBSMACKED. Never expected this. Again, I cannot say enough about the work ethic and skills of this family owned business. Thank you yet again, Farrell Plumbing.

Took an extra minute to get my kids on the bus and squared away safely today given that it's the first week of school, the bus driver wanted to make sure she had everything necessary to get my special needs child to and from without incident. That extra moment was too much for a driver from h2o plumbing who began honking incessantly and then screaming at me as I walked back to my car. I wonder if this is the conduct they condone.
