It was an incredibly stressful experience for our family. What made all the difference was Dr. Sacks response. Even though it was after hours and the office was closed for the weekend, Dr Sacks personally contacted us, oversaw her care, and opened the office on the weekend to perform necessary oral surgical intervention and stabilization. During her recovery--while her jaw was wired shut for healing--the doctor checked in multiple times throughout the week, monitoring her progress, answering questions, and making sure there were no complications.
