Often, he asked questions about comfort with the pressure, and otherwise -- no chatter. Other reviews indicate that staff will question/challenge a customer who offers too low a tip, but I tend to tip well (20-25%), especially when people help me to do things I cannot do for myself. Foot massage is one of those. So, there was no issue about the tip. The woman working reception was surprised that I knew to request Ken, since I was traveling. But, I do read Yelp reviews thoroughly and carefully. The reviews make choosing so much easier. Angel Feet was definitely worth the money, and foot massage is rare enough to make this a destination.
