Cheryl is very knowledgable and intuitive. She shares her knowledge generously, and I personally get so much more from a yoga session in addition to a great workout. I've also attended her yoga nidra workshop which was amazing. It helped me relax, disconnect, look inside and clearly see the answer to the question that was on my mind at that time. I opted for the salt room which was a cool experience. The lounge is nice as well, music is very peaceful and thoughtful to put out tea and water. The hot tub outside looked well maintained. Locker rooms were such a nice touch. It's clear a lot of thought went into designing a full wellness facility. I would rate my prenatal massage very differently. More like a 3/5 which was surprising to me as I've had 10 prenatal massages total and for $160/60min, that's by far the steepest I've ever paid and walked away with a few new pains in my shoulders and back :( I'm sad about that but again, facility is great.

Yoga has made the largest most important impact in my life. It has given me strength I didn't know I had. Offered me refuge when I needed it the most. And done something for me that is so important it is hard to put into words- forced me to make time for myself and made me take a deep look inward. None of this would have been possible without Absolute Yoga. All of the instructors bring a little something different to the mix yet they each share the same philosophy of guidance, support and encouragement. Even when they are kicking your ass, they are pushing you to push yourself all the while encouraging you to recognize your own boundaries. If you haven't attend a class, it is long overdue.
