My SECOND root canal with Bash. *Came to Dr. Bash for tooth pain in right upper molar (tooth #2). *He looked at the tooth and tapped on it. He said " you need a root canal on this tooth, but I think we should pull it and get you dentures as we have discussed." *I told him, " please stop talking about me getting dentures!!!! " I said, if possible, I want to save a good tooth" He continued to talk about dentures which was upsetting to me. I then told him I had contacted Simply Beautiful Smiles and was seeing Dr. Bunin in Langhorne on February 9th ( he is a prosthodontist for Simply Beautiful Smiles). *He then said, "Oh! I don't know about that guy! He has worked at 8 different offices." I told him he is a prosthodontist who specializes in restorative dentistry. I also reiterated that he stop talking about " getting me in dentures". * there was an older gentleman on the other side of partition whose daughter or care taker brought in. * Dr. Bash walked around the partition to talk to this patient he was treating simultaneously. I heard Dr. Bash say to this patient " this tooth needs a root canal, but I think we should pull it and let me make you denture or implant". *Dr. Bash came back to me and began injecting anesthesia . The injections were given very forcefully and quickly ( I had NEVER experienced injections like this.).. all my other numerous dentists had always injected my mouth extremely slow and usually waited a minute or two before injecting again. As he continued these rapid and forceful injections I felt extreme fear and pain. I could not understand why he was being so rough as I had never ever experienced this with any dentist before. He continued with procedure and stopped to inject me with a few more extremely rough fast injections. I felt a horrible electrical shock- like feeling during this round of injections along with stabbing and intense pain and started crying. He said, Toni, if you don't knock it off, we are gonna have to stop!". I managed to calm myself as he proceeded. All of a sudden, I felt a horrific fire like sensation throughout my the right side of my face, ear and jaw. I began screaming loudly. Dr. Bash immediately walked around to the other side of petition. I was left alone screaming in pain. NO ONE CAME TO MY AID!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I sat screaming for close to 5 minutes and no one helped me, touched me or told me what was happening! Dr. Bash's pet dog was jumping on my stomach. This dog smelled very bad and I managed to scream " please get the dog off me". Eventually, the dental assistant removed the dog from my lap without a word to me. Dr. Bash was nowhere in site. No one offered me assistance or any aid as I sat screaming. I saw Dr. Bash come from around the partition where he was also treating the older man who came in at the same time I did. After a minimum of 5 minutes since the burning pain began,Dr. Bash came to me and removed the rubber dam, looked at my mouth and said " you have to get to the ER!" I was still screaming and crying, again, no one offered any help or told me what was happening. I texted a friend ( Fred Saldutti) who picked me up and drove me to Doylestown Hospital ER. * I was screaming and in a fetal position upon arrival to ER....the pain was beyond anything I had ever experienced. I was immediately put on IV decadron, dilaudid and antibiotics. * After 3 injections of dilaudid, I was able to be taken to receive a CT scan. * I was admitted to ICU on February 5th at approximately 8PM. I have a " suspected " connective tissue disorder and it was written all over my files. I have been to many dentists, including bash and the suspected connective tissue has NEVER been an issue, yet bash told me on the phone " I just squirted a little bleach in there" " I believe it's your connective tissue disorder." That's pure, unadulterated lies and psychological gaslighting of a patient who put their lives in this man's hands". I still have severe TM, lost a total of 4 teeth, due to Dr. Bash. The horror show became exponentially worse, due to the steroids and fluoroquinolne antibiotics. I suffered severe and disabling iatrogenic injury, due to Dr. Bash. I lost my business, every single penny to my name, trying to heal from the devestation. I called Dr. Bash and asked if he could pay half of my medical bills ( I accrued 65,000 dollars in medical bills ). He hung up on me and a few moments later called me back, which in my eyes is a sign of guilt. I told him that if he didn't help with my medical expenses from his carelessness, that I would write a review on yelp. He said " I have to talk to my attorney ". Approximately one week later, I received a frightening letter, full of insane lies, stating that if I wrote ANY reviews that they would call the AG. I have been contacted by at least 12 victims of Dr. Bash and there is no way, I can ( with a good conscience) allow this man to hurt others anymore,. read more

In 2020 I traveled from New York with my girlfriend for the weekend. She had an emergency dental situation and since it was the weekend, we were desperate. I googled and found Dr Bash and has never regretted the decision. The staff is remarkably friendly and professional. Fast forward to yesterday. We travelled again from New York to have her wisdom tooth extracted. My girlfriend raved about the care she received again from the staff with their attentiveness and compassion. After a quick conversation with Monica, who was already sympathetic to my throbbing pain, she set me up with an appointment at 3. I arrived anxious and clammy dreading what's to come. Dr. Bash came into the waiting room sat down and had a conversation with me, introduced Winkle and made my experience personable. Immediately calming my dental fears. Monica started my exam and was down to earth, funny and relatable. Was I actually laughing during this dreadful experience. They worked well together. I spent what feels like my weekend at this office! Dr. Patel and Dr. Bash really saved me!!!! Friday night I was able to make an emergency appointment as I was having extreme pain on one side of my mouth. X-rays were taken and turns out a recently filled wisdom tooth had a great deal of decay that my regular dentist missed or ignored and a hole in it!!!! It need to be pulled. Dr. Patel did a great job with the extraction and is very pleasant and knowledgeable. Fast forward to the next day and I was still having pain. We had discussed the night before the possibility a recently crowned tooth needing a root canal but we wanted to rule out whether the wisdom tooth was the main source of pain. Well yep, back the next day for this. This time I saw Dr. Bash and he recognized that I had an abscess under the crown. He is a very personable and funny guy and made having an emergency root canal as pleasant as it can be. Along with Lauren who is also so very nice! Great staff here! And the little cute doggie who I loved seeing!!! I arrived in complete pain and left feeling reassured that it would be resolved. And it was. I could enjoy my night without being in agony. Dr. Bash even called to check on me to make sure my pain was gone. It was except for the normal soreness from a procedure. My Sunday was saved and I was able to go about my business!!! Excellent care. My child suffered tooth trauma at a Friday night practice and we were in a panic trying to find a true "emergency dentist" since so many practices falsely advertise the service but don't actually provide it. Dr. Bash however said "come right in". Dr. Sanchez, the dentist on duty and the assistant (apologies for not getting her name) worked so hard to save my child's teeth. It was a difficult job and it took multiple tries to splint the teeth but they stuck with it until successful. Multiple follow up calls from both Drs. Sanchez and Bash to check on my child. We saw an endodontist the next day and that doctor was very pleased with the work of Dr. Sanchez. I'm very thankful for the effort, skill, and compassion demonstrated. read more

Truly excellent experience with Dr. Bash and his entire staff: I was promptly attended to, educated on my procedures and pricing-- including his in-house dental plan that beats the insurance offers I researched beforehand. His office uses state of the art software and the team is cohesive and enjoys the practice. I received follow-up calls and over-the-top performance in my work done today whereby extra attention--and time--was given to maintain an excellent standard. The office is professional and caring, exhibiting high skill and artistry in the field. I honestly can't imagine anyone having a negative experience here. I went to Dr. Bash and I had a abscessed bottom molar that needed to be pulled. The tooth was already nearly broken in half when I went there. I had full intentions on pulling it but was talked into saving the tooth. I did not have insurance but he assured me this was the best thing to do so I agreed to let him do it. He did a partial root canal and my face became severely swollen for 3 days. This usually only happens with upper teeth he told me (1st warning) I had to wait to go back for him to finish the work because he was so backed up with a couple people in his office ( be prepared to wait if you go to him a looooong time even if your the only one in the waiting room) so I went back and waited over an hour and a half pass my appt. time. He finished the work on my tooth and I went home. The abscess from the tooth had settled in my gums and cause my face to swell again. I went back and he gave me antibiotics. They didn't work and I went back again and I had to get more antibiotics. He told me if the swelling did not go down that he would have to pull the tooth. WHAT? Yes pull the tooth. After all of what I just went through? I missed work, I was in severe pain, I paid $1300. for a root canal with no insurance and I could of just had it pulled for $200.? What? Why I asked. He said that I could DIE if the poison that came from the tooth went into my throat and down to my heart that I could DIE. He also said that I would have to have more work done to save THE SAME TOOTH because it was half broken to begin with and the filling in the root canal kept falling out. I was back and forth to his office for all of this at least 4 times by now. When the next set of antibiotics that I again paid out of pocket did not work and my throat by this time was red and swollen.He consulted with another Doctor and the Doctor told him that he would pull the tooth. Dr. Bash asked me to wait to see if the antibiotics would work 1 more day. I told him I have had enough and now I was reallllly worried because the infection was in my throat. He finally agreed to pull the tooth. He pulled it and drained some of the poison out of my gums. I still had to take the antibiotics for several more days. I asked him when I went back for a check up, Do I get money back from this I paid all this money for a tooth that should of been pulled in the first place? He said NO. but I will give you a good price on a replacement tooth. I was mad. I said you mean to say that I should of had that tooth pulled in the first place and that you talked me into a root canal and you couldn't save the tooth but I still have to pay for all of this? He said, I'll give a good deal on a replacement tooth. This Dr. clearly only cared about the money and should have not done a root canal on a partial tooth to begin with. I lost my tooth, lost my money from my tooth and I lost money for the 5 days I had to take off work. There is NO WAY that this is a DR. I made an appointment with Dr. Bash for the extraction of all four of my wisdom teeth after spending days calling dentists that could not take me in as soon as I needed. My bottom wisdom teeth were impacted, the right infected and causing severe pain/inflammation that I was dying to have taken care of immediately. My partner came across Bash Dental in our desperate search for a solution, and I gave them a call. They penciled me in for my extractions the next business day (called Friday, appt. made for Monday). How quickly they got me in was enough for this 5-star review, but not at all where it stops. Having not even had a tooth pulled at the age of 22, I was nervous and blubbering like a baby the day of my appointment. The entire office was so kind and comforting, you really feel cared for within moments of walking into their front door. Not to mention the cute therapy pup trotting around that can make anyone smile through any tears. I was not kept waiting after filling out the new patient paperwork, in fact, I think I kept them waiting trying to fill it out... My procedure "couldn't have went smoother," says Dr. Bash, and the recovery is smooth sailing. With only nitrous oxide, Novocaine, and Dr. Bash's patience, diligence, expertise, great sense of humor, and even better taste in music, 2 hours is all it took to get all four of the buggers out. It was an unforgettable experience, and I could not be more grateful to Dr. Bash. I couldn't help but hug him when we said our goodbyes, and can officially say that I'm no longer terrified of dentists. I will be going to Dr. Bash for my dental work as often as I can from here out. If you're sifting through these reviews for comments on the affordability of dental services from Bash Dental, let me say this: I am a college student, working and paying my own way through school, and Bash Dental made the most financial sense. They do not work with insurance companies, as the waiting periods would inhibit their ability to perform these incredible dental services as soon as possible. However, if you do have dental insurance through a company that will reimburse, you can submit a claim for the services they provide. You just have to do the paper-pushing yourself, no big deal! The payment is at time of service, meaning you pay in-full at the end of your appointment. Going to Bash Dental saved my partner and I almost $1000 from what we had budgeted for my procedure, and was even more affordable than it would have cost at our local oral surgeon WITH the help of my insurance! Seriously, go to Dr. Bash. It just makes sense. Dr. Bash and his assistant were funny and professional. I was thrilled he was able to see me on a Sunday night. I couldn't be more thankful. I chipped my front tooth on Saturday night. On August 4th 2018 ( A Saturday) I was enjoying lunch with my family when my Partial denture snapped in half! Needless to say, NOT GOOD! My lifelong dentist was closed so I came across Bash dental via Google. Dr. Bash was extremely accommodating and was able to temporarily fix my partial. While in his office he took the opportunity to take a look at my "Real teeth" and suggested getting work done before it was to late. After going over my options I scheduled an appointment for August 8th and had my last wisdom tooth extracted as well as two fillings replaced. Dr. Sanchez performed the procedure and was extremely nice, Extremely Competent and comforting! He did an Amazing Job! I then scheduled an appointment for (8/15/18). When I arrived at my scheduled appointment they were ready to get started and the staff could not be nicer or more accommodating. I needed to have a root canal as well as a filling on my right canine. Dr. Sanchez once again performed the procedure and was very thorough and Dr. Bash was there the entire time making sure nothing was left in question. They were able to SAVE MY TOOTH, removed the infection and took the utmost care to insure I was comfortable and ready for the "next step". I have more work to do. (Due to MY personal lack of dental care and Dentist phobia) but now I know I'm in Great hands. I will continue to go to Bash dental and thank you SOOOOOO MUCH DR. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Bash and his staff! My family found his office while looking for dentists that wouldn't turn you away if you didn't have insurance. I had 2 broken molars that I would have sworn they should have been pulled. After a consultation with Dr. Bash, we discussed my options, what I wanted to do, what we could afford, etc and he set to work. 3 years later, we have saved both molars, stopped the pain they we causing, we are working on lesser problems and getting my bite adjusted which is cutting back on my grinding as well. While he does require payment up front, he will submit your work to your insurance so you'll be reimbursed. His staff is excellent, the office uses an email and text reminder service for appointments, and they are in an easy to find location in a nice area. While there are other dentist offices closer to me, Dr. Bash is worth the 11 mile drive. read more

I was having horrible tooth pain the other day and couldn't take it. I rang Dr. Bash's office and Monica immediately asked if I needed to come in the same day. Unfortunately I couldn't, but I was there the very next day. I didn't have to wait long at all. They have a Jack Russell who helps soothes their patients fears by sitting on their lap. This man should not still be practicing. I went there for an emergency root canal (other dr did that) and decided to switch to his practice since he was close to my home. Big mistake. I have never had dentist complete an exam w/out even looking in my mouth. He focused on my x-rays and told me I needed to pull all ( yes all) of my teeth out and get implants or dentures. I had a cavity and he said he won't fill it until I see the oral surgeon. I happened to luck out and get into the oral surgeon the same day (they had a cancelation). The oral surgeon was wonderful and disagreed with Dr. Bash's recommendations. The oral surgeon called Dr. Bash to explain this. On my way home, I received a phone call from Dr. Bash asking why I believed the oral surgeon over him! I found a new dentist and was given a much better plan for my teeth. Dr. Bash's office refused to transfer my records until I wrote a firm letter requesting this. I need the tooth (with the root canal) fixed due to their poor work. When I called to make an appointment, I asked if they took my health insurance. Dr. Bash told me yes. I got there early for my appointment, and was told he was running very behind. I'm not sure why they couldn't have called me before I showed up, so I didn't waste most of my evening sitting in the waiting room. He didn't like my bite, and shaved my front top and bottom teeth without even asking. The longer I was there, the more issues he found with my teeth. I went from needing a retainer, that he said he would make for me for $200-300, to I needed a top and bottom retainer, and he would make them each for $700. After being there for SEVERAL hours, I go to check out, to find out that they don't actually take any insurance. You have to pay up front, then they submit the bill to your insurance company. I had to pay $370 out of pocket, and was reimbursed $120 from my insurance. I'm not sure what kind of clientele would think this is okay, but it is definitely not okay with me. This was not told to me over the phone, but apparently is when you get someone other than Dr. Bash on the phone. I will never, ever, go back here and would not recommend it. read more

I had a great experience with Dr. Bash. I was in a lot pain over a holiday weekend. My family dentist was unavailable. I was referred to Dr. Bash. I had no idea there was a dentist who was available 24/7 for emergencies. I called at 10:a.m. We made an appointment for 2:30 that day. I got there early at 2:15 and was in a chair getting x-rays by 2:30. They took a thorough examination of the problem and all of my teeth. Removed the bad tooth and the abscess. He formed a dental plan to get my teeth back on track and a written quote for the next round of treatments I needed for a bridge. I think he's very knowledgeable, experienced and has a great staff. Ashley was helpful with everything as well. I think his office is friendly and up to date. I believe he probably get's hit with all of the last minute, worst case scenarios and people expect miracles. I would refer him and his office anytime. Especially for emergencies. read more

Our 7 year old daughter made the unfortunate decision to end our time at my nephew's birthday party by jumping off of a climbing wall and banging her teeth together so hard/hit them on her knee. ..she was bleeding from her lower gums and had at least 2-3 obvious chipped adult teeth and concerns for broken roots to the 4 lower teeth (they were all loose and had moved) Not only did this occur on a Sat night at 8pm but it was also memorial day weekend so we knew that no dentist would be open for days!!! My husband immediately googled "Emergency Dentist" and Dr. Bash came up. He called right away and spoke to an actual person who assured us she could be seen right away! We were so relieved that he could see her and treat her right away. She was seen within the hour and we were BEYOND pleased with the care and expertise he provided. Our daughter was afraid and tired, but to her delight Dr. Bash brought his therapy dog Winkle to sit on her lap during her treatment. She LOVES all animals but especially dogs so this made her visit incredibly comfortable. We can't thank Dr. Bash enough for the quick and excellent treatment. Dr. Bash even personally called my husband the next day to check on our daughter and see how she was doing. We are so very thankful and we will be recommending Dr. Bash to everyone!! read more

I called them on a Friday night because my daughter had broken a tooth. They did say I could bring her right over which was great but I had no money to give them up front and no insurance. They called me back and said he would see her and not charge me anything until they knew what they had to do. Again very generous... I made an appt the next day at noon to come in. When my daughter woke the next day her entire side of her face was swollen and she was in pain. I made the decision to head over to the office early because she had clearly gotten worse. I did call before going over and there was no answer. I figured since it was a 24/7 office someone would be there. We arrived and no one was there. I tried calling again and no answer. The only other option was to take her to the ER to have her seen. I did this. Later on in the day I received a voicemail from Dr. Bash very rudely telling me that he was so "happy" that I was considerate enough to call and cancel my daughter's appt. And, that since I didnt do that he now knows not to give his help out for free since people take advantage of him then like I did. How rude, and unprofessional!!!! I was sitting in the ER with my daughter when he called! I tried to call and cancel and no one answered!!! Then to top of the horrible day I have that voicemail left?! I wish I could put a negative star! You may not believe me if you read this whole review, but I lie not. It began with serious tooth pain to which I called a string of dentists and went to Dr. Bash because he was the first to call back and get me in which is my only compliment....First, you are greeted by a dog in the office.....being in pain, I overlooked this but look at his site and you will see the dog. It is his unhealthy alternative to sedative dentistry. Well he told me the pain was due to a faulty root canal and the tooth had to go, to which I said pull it. When I told him I get nervous with dentistry, he called his dog to come jump on my lap....Yes, I should of taken off right then...His technique of tooth extraction is by drilling the tooth to break it up and pull out the pieces. In the process of the extraction, he took 2 phone calls on speaker phone, constantly yelled "Monica!", for his assistant.....I told him I was still in pain, yet he proceeded. In the process, he tried to talk me into some kind of bridge work, to the tune of $4,000.....I said just pull the tooth.....He did manage to talk me into an additional $200 to "build up the bone" or something....Well, I left in pain but thankful it was all over....well the pain did not go away but just continued to get worse. I finally decided to call Dr. Bash up about the pain and he said "Still having pain? Are you sure we got the right tooth?" (mind you, he assured me it was that tooth and a faulty root canal...He then put me on hold....I was done....To make a long story a little short, I ended up having to go to an oral surgeon, to reopen and dig out "the mess" that was in there....The oral surgeon was even disgusted by what he saw.....The final kicker.....The office billed me full price, said they would send it to insurance and that my insurance company would reimburse me some of the money.....It has been over 2 months....don't think I am getting anything back....Believe me when I say this is a crook and a quack and my story is true....Please don't go to this man....I am still considering legal action. You can look up enough about this guy to see pictures of "Winkles the Wonder Dog"...
