I'd like to begin by commenting on a negative review given by another patient. Milford Family…read moreDentistry is a business.Business's are often sold and just like any other, the business is only as good as the current owner. Dr. Reisenberg took over this practice about 4 years ago and is now the current owner. My experience with doctor Reisenberg and his staff has been nothing but excellent. Procedures are explained in detail including feedback while you are in the chair. Options are presented and the choice of treatment is ultimately yours. I've had cap work, filling replacements, and some cosmetic work done over the years with great results.

Milford Family Dentistry has had several dentists come and leave the practice. When asked about the whereabouts of any of the dentists (such as Dr. Kavitha Narla, DMD), the present staff (Steven Riesenberg, DMD, Gloria Montalban, DMD, and Bertho Vertil, DMD) will merely state that the Dr. has left the practice. Our family has been using this practice over the past 6+ years. Dr. Narla personally filled two of my teeth, the filling failed within a year, and Milford Family Dentistry (Dr. Riesenberg refused to replace them without a full charge for brand new replacements. Their excuse is that if you fail to make a check-up appointment withing exactly 6 months, they will not warranty their wor, No plans on returning, and will not use any of their Dentists again.

Follow-up Appointment: Immediate Office personnel was friendly and easily provided the next appointment within the time frame set by doctor. No extensive wait time for next procedure. This facility is worth the out of state travel that we take for quality dental service. We're usually seen within 10-15 minutes upon arrival.

I said okay, but I can still get my cleaning right? Nope!! She just wanted to go home. I wasted 2 hours for no reason. The dentist I was scheduled with was leaving the practice, so I then understood the horrible service. When I rescheduled, I said I won't see that dentist even if she's available. Her and her hygienist were rude. I switched to the dentist my husband goes to at that location and I'm thrilled with her and her hygienist. My teeth are a mess from moving during covid and no dental office taking new patients. I take many meds that are horrible for teeth and autoimmune diseases that cause dry mouth. So needless to say, I've needed a lot of work. My new dentist has been exceptional! She's focused and friendly, which makes the time go by quickly. The office isn't pretty, which I don't care about. As long as the dentist is great, I'll continue to go. I've had the worst experiences at offices that are magazine worthy and ended up with a serious blood infection that landed me in the hospital.
