She's had to expand her practice with other business professionals. APRN Kristyn Lambert Is an amazing nurse practitioner. While I am not always able to get in with Dr. Richardson because of her busy schedule, Kristyn fits the bill. She is SO SWEET! SO CARING! AND COMPASSIONATE! She has all of the ingredients of a perfect medical professional. She takes the time to make sure that she listens to her patient concerns which is a rarity these days. The medical professional Industry is not what it used to be. I had my yearly exam today and was greeted by Gabrielle. I experienced an issue that had nothing to do with the clinic but had something to do with me personally. Gabrielle went above and beyond to fix the issue and made my life so much easier today. Excellent Customer Service skills she displayed and she showed me that my problem was important. The entire office staff got involved to resolve of my issue. I WAS SO GRATEFUL, not only for Gabrielle, but Audra who quickly stepped in to get me in and work fast and efficiently to help get me out of the clinic in record time. There were a few other ladies at the clinic that I did not get their names, but you can see they work together, care about each other and care about their patience's. A true DREAM TEAM! They made a scheduling error, charged me an incorrect copay, and threatened to call the police when I asked for a refund. An honest apology for the mistake & correcting it would have been enough but instead the office manager threatened me with calling the police saying I "verbally abused a healthcare professional". I didn't realize advocating for myself was verbal abuse. The doctor corrected it and refunded me, but the staffs behavior was completely unacceptable. To top it all off, they couldn't provide me with my last lab work done 6 months ago because they were having issues "logging into their account" & didn't show that I even came in 6 months ago in their systems. I had to provide them a receipt to show that I did come in and had my labs done. So who knows if my blood work that I was charged for 6 months ago was even seen/looked at by the doctor.
