He'll tell you we agreed that there was no guarantee on his work, and that's true - but that assumes it was done competently in the first place, which this didn't appear to be, considering how quickly it came undone. I always want to support local artisans, and I get that they can't guarantee the work over the long term - but to refuse to even consider that it wasn't done right in the first place is problematic, to say the least. I'll look elsewhere next time.

The company president was rude, impatient, and unwilling to work with the insurance company. He was not even willing to discuss the situation due to his anger with them. It was so bad, I could not even get a word in to help defuse the situation and discuss the issue. He then told me I needed to find someone else to get my work done. I was dumbfounded by his actions as the company president. Frankly, I would not recommend this company. The staff is young and immature and I do not think they can be trusted.
