However, I've noticed that he's not always here and he has someone else taking care of the phone calls and checking in. All in all, great service from everyone. Prices are up-to-date on their website, which I appreciate. They have a really small area to park your car into their garage for the wash, so be mindful of the limited space when you come during busy times.

First thing to note--this place is easy to miss. I embarrassingly drove right past the entrance the first time because it's a pretty small opening and hard to spot if you're going even a little fast. Had to loop around the block and try again. Also, there's only space for about two cars to queue before you're basically spilling into the street. My girlfriend and I parked one behind the other, and honestly, another car behind us would've been halfway in the road. There is street parking nearby though if their little alcove is full. When we pulled in, there was a ton of activity--cars constantly moving through, getting cleaned, etc.--so it's clearly a popular spot. My girlfriend mentioned there have been times she's come and had to leave because the line was backed up into the street, so I think we got pretty lucky timing-wise. Price-wise, I think it's solid. For an exterior wash + interior clean, it felt reasonable. Since we came together, I think they held our cars to finish around the same time, so it ended up taking about 1-1.5 hours. Honestly not bad, especially since there are a bunch of cafes and restaurants within walking distance if you want to kill time. They also have a really nice waiting area--I even saw someone working on their laptop, so I'm guessing they might have Wi-Fi too. Now... my one big issue. They threw away my parking sticker. You know those apartment gate stickers that automatically open the gate? I had mine on my dashboard (still on the original backing because I sometimes lend it to friends who watch my cats). I get that it might not have been in the usual spot, but it very clearly wasn't trash. What made it more confusing is that they didn't even fully clear out small trash in my car--there were still a couple random paper/sticker backing pieces left behind, so it's not like they were just tossing everything indiscriminately. Also, for context--my car was clean going in. I don't keep stuff in my car beyond a reusable grocery bag or my tennis bag sometimes, and this was one of the rare times I even had a little bit of trash. So I don't think this was a situation where my car was cluttered and something got accidentally swept up in a bigger cleanup. That part was honestly frustrating. Overall, I would come back because they did a good job cleaning the car and the price is fair--but I'd definitely make sure to remove anything remotely important beforehand so there's no confusion next time.

On the day of the incident, the supervisor informed us that we could return the following day between 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM to review the security camera footage with the owner ("Jimi"). When we returned at approximately 10:30 AM, we were told that the owner had just left. The supervisor then showed us, on his phone, a screenshot from the security camera footage clearly showing the vehicle prior to entering the car wash tunnel, without any windshield damage. The supervisor subsequently contacted the owner and informed us that he would be on-site on Saturday, May 2, 2026, between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM, at which time we would be able to review the full security footage together. For the record, the vehicle was delivered to your facility without any windshield damage, and the damage was identified immediately after the service was completed. I paid $24 for the "towel dry," which apparently means dry the front and back and let nature handle the rest. The sides of my car were still soaking wet, so come prepared to dry it yourself...or, enjoy using the tiny air hose provided to painstakingly blow individual water droplets off your car one at a time. Before entering the wash, an attendant also misted approximately half my car with some mystery liquid. What was it? What does it do? Why did only half the car deserve it? Only the attendant and her colleagues must know the answer to this question. Then came the premium wheel-alignment service, where they happily guided my wheel directly into the side of the conveyor rail. Nothing complements a $24 automatic car wash quite like wondering whether you should schedule an alignment afterward. And after all that, was the car at least clean? No. I went through the wash multiple times and it still couldn't remove fresh bird poop. At that point, I'm not sure what exactly is being accomplished in there besides getting the car wet. Expensive, inconvenient, mediocre wash quality, no towels, questionable drying, and a complimentary assault on your wheels. Save your money. I'd rather drive to Tustin with bird poop on my car than come back here.

I have two toddlers so our car was a DISASTER (that's being generous). He spent 8 hours detailing every single inch of our navigator. It's black so every single scratch is visible and he got them allll out. Our interior is light and was stained to the point it looked nearly leopard print. I really appreciated that he not only did every single thing he said he would, but he also did extra things he felt were needed to meet his expectations.
