I bought an 11 year old 17' Four Winns Horizon from Dodo Brockman, late August 2011. I'm new to boats so I followed my gut in regards to trusting him. He assured me that the engine was primo and the boat was in great condition. He offered a sea trial but I passed on it and opted to just pick up the boat because I was almost out of Summer and wanted to get it into the water. He assured me that the engine was tip top shape and that he would fix the trim indicator when the part came in. He also offered to do the Fall winterization. I couldn't be happier! I managed to get it into the water 4 times before it got too cold and discovered that Dodo is a man of his word, the boat is awesome, it's like new (amazing for an 11 year old boat) and he came through as he said he would on the trim. It runs very nicely and it is in like new condition - as he said it was. He obviously spent some time and money waxing it and assuring the engine and the boat are in top condition. He winterized it in October and did the trim work he promised. I'm very happy with the boat and with Freeport Boat Outlet. Good people. Dodo does what he says he will do. You can trust these guys.

The part was endlessly backordered so it finally went on this week. It still wouldn't start. It turns out the fuel line they used to replace the old one was a POS and had pieces of plastic broken off and blocking the line. We had an older motor boat with a 2 stroke Johnson engine. I'm not a mechanic but I've been told by many that 2 strokes are pretty simple engines but they couldn't figure it out or do the job right. Do Not Go Here!

I needed to have some service done on my older Evinrude outboard, and figured this would be easy given that I live in the Sebago Lake area. Nope. I got the runaround from a lot of marinas: "we don't do that here" or "try so-and-so out on Rt. xx" or "we don't work on older motors" etc. I called Worster's, and they were immediately helpful. They got me in quickly, the work was done in under a week (in April - which is when everyone is pulling out their boats and looking for various services), they were very flexible, knowledgeable and kind. I value this type of customer service. You can also tell it's a family run operation, and they treat their customers as if they value their business. Their prices were definitely reasonable, more than fair for the quality of work done. Actually, I was surprised that the bill wasn't higher! The location is also pretty convenient, out on 35, easy to get to. I was very happy with my experience here and will definitely be returning to Worster's for my future needs. I would recommend them to anyone else, especially if you've got an older outboard which may be hard to find someone to work on.

They installed their spare battery plus took it back out afterwards when we got to their marina. On top of that, the guy who did the work was so friendly and explained what we needed to do when we got back to our marina. Just five star service for complete strangers. We could have been in a much crappier situation, and we are so grateful they decided to stop and help. If you're looking for a marina, I would 20/10 recommend.

The staff was incredible starting with Mike Soucy working with me to secure a boat for the week that we needed it, after securing the dates the communication was amazing as they reached out multiple times via phone calls, text and email keeping us updated on everything that we needed to know to include an online safety test so that we were 100% familiar with the boat and the rules governing the pond or lakes that we were on days before we actually got to camp we received a phone call from a gentleman by the name of Ben this is another staff member at Port Harbor Marina he told me that he would give me a call a day before we would arrive and let me know where the boat would be dropped off and let me know a member of the Port Harbor Marina staff member would meet us the day that they drop it off at the boat ramp insure enough that morning they called us to let us know that they were on their way and that they would meet us there we get out to the boat ramp just as they were backing down I met up with Nate another member of the team at Port Harbor Marina he went over the entire boat with me asked me if I had any additional questions showed me where all the life preservers were and once again asked me before I actually took off for the boat if I had any additional questions I shared with him that I did not and I appreciated him going over everything with me he said that someone would call day before it was going to be picked up just to double check in on everything and make sure that we were still on sure enough on June 30 I received a phone call from Ben letting me know that he would meet me at around 445 at the same boat ramp that they dropped it off at. During this week we cannot even imagine being without this boat now because we had such a great time my family and I on this boat we enjoyed our trips around the pond and just relaxing on this boat I would highly recommend Port Harbor Marina for all of your boating needs they have a professional knowledgeable staff super helpful and the boat was absolutely beautiful and in great condition, Port Harbor Marina has a A+ operation

I am a member of the Rinker Boat Owners Forum. Will from Moose Landing Marina posted on the forum…read morethat he had a slightly damaged part that he was willing to give away for free. This is an $11,000+ part. I am lucky enough to own the exact model boat that this part will fit on. I emailed with Will a few times and spoke on the phone a few times. The marina is almost 4 hours away from my house & the only time that I was able to get away from work to go pick up the part was during the holiday season. Will gave me his personal cell # so that I could call him when I got up there & he sent one of his employees over to help me load the part - even though the marina was closed at the time. The part is in very good condition with some cosmetic scratches. Once painted, it will be perfect. There aren't too many of this model boat that this part would fit, so it may have been difficult to find a buyer if he had tried to sell it, BUT... it is a heavy aluminum part, several hundred pounds, and he could have scrapped it and made money just off of the value of the aluminum. What a nice marina, I wish it wasn't so far from my home and my boating. It is in a great location with beautiful scenery. Both Will and Jason (the one who helped me load the part) were very nice. If I am ever boating in the Naples area, I will absolutely go to Moose Landing Marina. THANKS WILL!

Two weeks later and I hadn't heard back from him so I texted for an update with no response. Again the following week I texted for an update and again no response. On 10/2/24 I again texted and said that I would give him until 5 pm today 10/4/24 to get back to me or I would be giving him an unfavorable review. I even called at 4:35pm and could only leave a voicemail. And still no response. Should you contact him good luck.
