The doctor finally came in and I voiced my frustration of having to wait such a long time. He didn't seem very sincere when he apologized with empty words to appease me. I think this is just part of their practice and they think they are so busy and making so much money that they can get away with their disregard for their patients. Well, I'm taking my business elsewhere. StG may be a small town, but there are other ophthalmologists who will be happy to have my business. I'll make sure my primary care physician knows so he can stop referring them to patients.

Got my bill & he had them put the diagnosis of ptosis and I was charged hundreds for it. Insurance co said just have them resubmit with correct billing. Called office, staff was rude & started yelling at me on phone. Will submit to Ins Dept, Dept of Licensing. They do not allow Google reviews as they would have many negative ones, had many bad occurrences with 3 of there so called Dr.s. Stay away.

I mentioned this to Dr. Todd and he began his "quest" to find the reason. After several exams and a couple of different pair of lenses he actually made a significant improvement in my vision.
