Need Braces? Go see Dr. Simister!…read more Either one Jeff or Brad - they are brothers and both are great. I have 5 kids who will all need braces. We are half way through. My oldest 2 are done and my daughter is in treatment now. My younger two have been having regular visits and we are just waiting until the timing is right to start their treatment. We usually see Dr. Jeff since when we started treatment way back at the beginning of 2005 Dr. Brad had not yet finished school and joined the practice. When we have needed to be seen for something to be fixed or needed to change an appointment we have sometimes seen Dr. Brad and he is just as knowledgeable and friendly. The office also does adult orthodontic treatment and so I too now have braces at the age of 41 (finally fixing my own crooked teeth). It hadn't been in my plans to get braces for myself because I assumed I was too old but I am super happy with the treatment I have gotten from Dr. Simister's office. I love the office staff. Some of them have been there for the 9+ years we have been going to his office. My kids love the monthly contest/giveaways and the brace bucks too. (He just switched to a new Patient Points system that is all online but we haven't had a chance to check it out yet). My daughter's teeth ended up taking longer than the original treatment plan projected (she didn't always wear her bands and broke some brackets, had an open bite, etc.) and there was no extra cost for the extended length of treatment. They let you know up front what you will be paying and then stick to that price. I highly recommend you visit Dr. Simister's office for a consultation if you need orthodontic treatment. We were originally referred to their office by a friend who has also had all their children seen by Dr. Simister.

I had my x-rays sent to them twice and they claim they didn't get them. They want me to pay for an X-ray before I can get a tooth cleaning. Always treated well and graciously treated the the office staff. The hygienists here are top notch and extremely thorough. Always leave with super clean teeth. Had an emergency yesterday. One of my crowns fell out. I called his office and they fit me in a day and a half later. I asked if there was any way he squeeze me in anytime, I would take it. Luckily for me, they called back that day and asked if I could come over in about an hour. I got there nd am happy to report all is well now. Thank you Dr. Blazzard and all staff members!
