I met with the nurse and she took my vitals and asked about the symptoms that I had. She then went to get the doctor. The doctor came in and said I need to take a swab test, unfortunately I thought it was for my throat but it was not. It was a COVID swab test for my nose and there was no reason for me to take this at the time because I knew I had already been exposed to a virus and had been taking Ivermectin for one week. Once I refused the test the doctor came in and told me that if I didn't take the COVID test she would refuse care. I refused the test and was released without any care. I had bronchitis and had to reach out to another doctor to get the help that I needed. I would NEVER go to this clinic again as long as Dr. Bobbie and her cohort nurse are still there.

I wanted to give zero stars because I had to visit the umc twice. This never happens at all. I miss the old times where I get seen and I don't have to come back. The problem is the doctors they are always rushing to another patient thinking they found the problem they don't. I also have been to the urgent care 3 times in a week. Due to poor diagnosis and not enough time off. I would receive only one day off despite the wheezing, the coughing, fever that they did not mention. I am not sure who to trust in the Vegas valley. I'm so disappointed. Can you imagine three visits it's just to collect money they don't really help find the cause. Whether it's the system to give 2-3 days off to heal, we only get one day each time. The amount of anxiety they gave me because I have a fever. There's no way they can compensate the trauma I'm going thru because I have no one to drive me. How they can help improve? Check your patients more carefully.

So that's what I did today, my son had a fever and I brought him here. All was going well and the nurse who checked us in was so sweet I wish I remembered her name. We were seen by Dr. Burton and this is where the mixed review comes into play. He needed a sample of my son's urine to test for a UTI so he yells out to his staff "can I get a urine bag for this kid" and leaves the room. You know; as a really concerned mom whose baby walked in with a 187 heart rate the lack of empathy to refer to my baby as "this kid" really irked me. Aside from his callous reference to my son. Twice my baby dropped his bottle on the floor and both times I picked it up it was full of hair from the floor. The second time I picked it up I looked to the ground and the floor was covered in hair. I'm talking brown, black, blonde, white, curly, straight. That's hair that's been sitting and collecting in those rooms for quite some time. You may need to have a conversation with your janitorial services. Medical offices are generally expected to maintain a sterile environment to reduce the risk of bacterial exposure.

Revere told her they sold their old machine to another provider, and their machine was much better. Medicare did not pay all of the bill which was around $900. I went to a Physician assistant at Revere concerning my hip. The bill exceeded $900. Medicare did not cover the balance. I paid the copay upon arrival, and Revere billed me additional. I am shocked that a simple visit could exceed $900. I will never go to Revere again.
