They had everyone at the wedding on the dance floor, and the MC was personable, friendly, and just overall fantastic.

Last weekend I saw them doing the impossible! The wedding ceremony was to take place outside and everything was ready. A few minutes before seating down it started raining. Here's what happened: the staff took apart the reception room and set it up as a ceremony room, in minutes! Everything went on schedule. Afterwards while the people were at the cocktail hour, they transformed the "ceremony room" into to a dining room! Everything was flawless and there was enough time for the bride and groom to take their pictures with all the decorations! Weddings are once in a lifetime events and these people have the knowledge and the muscle power to make everything run smoothly! Honestly I didn't know this was possible. They did it all with a smile on their faces, most of the guests had no clue as to what happened. There's some things that money can't buy this is one of them!

Went to a wedding here in March and it was not my favorite…read more The first thing I have to say was that the cocktail hour was in the lower level (basement) of Fox Hollow. I waited in line at the bar for about 15 minutes and by the time I go to the bartender and asked for a water... the bartender told me they did not have any water. I was 7 months pregnant at the time and obviously cannot drink and the bartender told me to check the other bar. Frustrated beyond belief, I sent my husband to the second bar who the bartender looked confused and said he did not have water as well. My husband had to go to the first floor to find someone setting up the main ballroom to give me water. How can you be a wedding venue and hope people are safe with drinking and not have water available at the bars?! The basement cocktail hour was also very crowded, dark and had no signal. The food was meh for cocktail hour and dinner. Would not recommend.

Have been here a few times for different parties/receptions. The decor is a little to very dated…read moreand the staff are a little underwhelming but it seems to be a popular venue nonetheless. I'm guessing that's because their catering prices must be very reasonable. Plus. they do have a decent-sized parking lot. As for the food, it's decent (not a resounding endorsement, I know). I wouldn't classify it as high-end or anything but most items are nicely prepared and pretty filling (buffet). Last weekend, we were here a reception and a few of tiles on the floor of the large hall on the main level were loose. One tile at the tail end of the buffet line was so bad that when several guests - including me - stepped on it, it would tilt upward and cause you to lose your balance a little. Someone pointed it out to the staff but I don't think they did or could fix it right then and there. I did also notice that some of the table covers were a little dirty. Not what you want to see when you're attending a semi-formal occasion. I don't think it's unreasonable to expect clean/white linens, especially when it's for a special occasion. At the buffet, the only silverware they had out were forks. I know most of the items are easily edible with just a fork but when you have items such as (very) bony goat curry, a knife would help get some of that meat off. I'm sure some folks - especially those with small kids - could have also used a spoon. I'm not trying to nitpick but I found it odd that you can't at least have the option of multiple utensils. I wouldn't rush here for a meal but wouldn't decline coming for another such gathering in the future.

Crest Hollow Country Club Review…read more Crest Hollow Country Club is a beautiful venue with stunning landscaping and elegant design. The grounds are meticulously maintained, and the pool area is especially impressive, with plenty of comfortable spaces to relax and unwind. It's an excellent location for weddings, corporate events, and business presentations, offering a sophisticated atmosphere and professional service. The food was just okay. While it was enjoyable, it wasn't particularly memorable or something I would rave about. Overall, I would highly recommend Crest Hollow for its gorgeous setting, outstanding event spaces, and overall experience, but I believe the food is an area that could be improved.

While the venue itself was absolutely beautiful,…read morethere were just a few little details that created an experience that's not worthy of 5 full stars. First, the "ladies lounge" (AKA the restroom) only appeared to be located on the first floor. The event we were attending was on the second floor, so this was just wildly inconvenient to constantly have to go downstairs. Plus, it was usually a bit of a mess in there. Paper towels strung all over the place. A random mop hanging out in front of the stalls. I get that it was a Friday night and that there was a second event taking place at the same time, but they had a LOT of staff that seemed to prefer standing around instead of working to keep the restroom tidy... Also, there was a lot of confusion as to where to put our empty plates. The buffet was located in the room across the hall from where the event we were attending was being held. Some people took their plates back across the hall to enjoy their meal at a table, while some of us just stood around in the room with the food and chose to enjoy our meals away from the loud dance floor. When we were finished eating, we had no idea what to do with our empty plates. We asked a staff member as they were walking by and he didn't seem to know what to do with them, either, which was perplexing. He grabbed one of his coworkers who then took our plates from us. Overall, this was a pretty good experience from a guest's perspective! The venue is VERY large and accommodates for very big guest lists, which is a huge advantage. However, I do think the staff could use some better training to help lessen overall confusion and to help keep the place in a cleaner condition while the event space is being used.
