Not sure if it's me or the treatment, but my feet feel like sandpaper, 24 hours after treatment. I get a pedicure btw. The employees were nice, nail tech was cool as well. At the end of the day treatment matters most, and a sandpaper feeling a day after treatment doesn't sound right. Edit: after 2 weeks I literally had the worst case of dead skin forming and like breaking on my feet. Never been like this until going here. Can't recommend.

First things first: This is a cheap barbershop $17 for a cut so you are 100% gonna get what you paid. Not to mention its all boomers so dont expect them to do any crazy good fades or blends like younger barbers do. So, the guy cutting my hair didn't do the best job. When i expressed concern about wanting to cut my hair lower due to a cowlick he was like oh well if you want to do a 1 or half zero thats like a whole new haircut which implied he would have to charge me again, i said forget it. Point is, i wasnt happy with the cut and i had to end up having to do it myself and fixing it. Save yourself the trouble and go out and pay a little more extra to get a quality haircut from people who will actually put in the work and not complain when you ask them to cut your hair shorter.

Called later and the woman I spoke to refused to allow me to speak with a manager and only told me that the owner is very strict on this and so she would be immediately charging my card for missing the appointment. I asked 3 times to speak with a manager and she refused to allow me to speak with anyone else and didn't even listen to my explanation of what had occurred. Horrible customer service.
