Window regulator replaced with non genuine part and window scraped when moved up and down. Gus was unprofessional and disrespectful when I brought all this to his attention. He insisted I bring the car back even though he had it a week longer than promised the first time and clearly betrayed my trust. Repeatedly hung up and ignored calls and texts. Go literally anywhere else, it's not worth it.

If I have learned one thing over the past few months it is just that…read more When you make a decision to replace or repair your transmission it's not only a big decision to weigh, but additionally a costly one. It's not a choice to take lightly, and when choosing a shop, choose wisely. I can honestly say it's been a bumpy path getting back on the road, but I still do believe that in going with Aamco, I chose wisely. From the minute Will (the owner) offered me a courtesy tow to get my vehicle in for a free assessment, until my most recent follow up visit, the man has stood behind his word. A word he guaranteed that he would do the very best he could, and that he would do everything within reason to solve the problem (and in my case, the MANY spin off problems) that may occur. What can I say? Will, Anthony, Marissa will not only do their very best, but they will do so even when it means their own shop may be taking a hit, to see a job through. Or may not make the margin they had originally expected, they're not just band-aid placers, they fix problems. Has it been a PITA? 100%. But have they done their very best to get this PITA corrected? 110%. 150% I think. I can't speak on all of their car services, but they do offer complete car care, and my guess is whatever they do, they do it fully, they do it well & with a satisfaction guarantee (until they've exhausted all possible options.)
