We can walk next door and don't have to drive if we don't want to which is fantastic!! The Hotel Staff is courteous. Our room is impressive, clean and spacious. The Bed is comfortable, it has a Mini Fridge and Microwave our must haves. And it's only 15 minutes to Downtown Pittsburgh. I highly recommend for a comfortable quiet stay.

When I told the lady behind the desk I get the government rate she told me unless I have a paper saying I'm here for work she would not honor it. Even though I'm on their list as a gov employee. I even showed her my gov ID. Said didn't matter. The manager won't accept unless I had proof I was working here. I've never had a problem like this. I even told her I had my past receipts from previous stays. I've spent a few thousand bucks staying here over the last month. But after last night giving me a hard time about the gov rate which I think they should honor no matter the circumstances. I think I'll start booking at the Marriott next door.

The food, no matter the occasion, was excellent every time. I received many accolades from colleagues on the menu choices and the quality of the food. The staff could not be friendlier or more accommodating. Every person we have encountered over the past year has provided stellar service and gave us a wonderful experience, which is why we have chosen to return. The room: Very spacious. TV is Huge! Beds were comfy. Bathroom was fully stocked with essentials. One downside is I feel there was not enough lighting, especially near the mirror. Amenities: A small pool and gym onsite. A bistro and Starbucks pop-up are onsite(they don't serve Matcha lol.) A very large lobby with computers, plenty cozy seating and large TVs. They also feature an outdoor patio area with a grill. This hotel is walking distance to a small shopping center with plenty food options, a coffee shop, a nail shop & more!
