My husband and I met with Paul and together the three of us developed a menu from scratch that was catered to our time of year (for the food), budget, pallet preference, and vision. We settled on three stations: Greek, Thai, and Spanish paella. Logistically speaking Table Field Catering is the whole package. From start to finish every decision was made as a team which led us to a place where no stone was left unturned. I worked with Ashley, the owner, and she was fantastic -- quick to reply via email (I work remotely and can't often take phone calls 9-5), and she seemed to understand my needs exactly how I communicated them. I wanted a Hawaiian themed dinner, to mimic my Mom's favorite restaurant. Some guests are vegan. I was maybe 5% worried that something was wrong because of how smoothly it was all going. They were cheerful and professional, got oriented quickly, and then went to work setting up. They were ready in plenty of time before the start of the party. The setup itself was neat and practical -- I had asked for a buffet-style setup. The one feature that I LOVED that I didn't ask for -- the Pleasurities team had hollowed out pineapples as bowls. It really made the theme! The dietary concerns of the guests were perfectly handled: ALL of the dishes were vegan.
