He at 1st wasn't sure about something because a tag he needed to read on the car was not visible. He got his supervisor to cone out. She helped him figure it all out. He then actually tested everything (alternator, and starter as well) he said it all came out good and there's nothing really wrong with my battery. He suggested that the cold sometimes messes with the battery. I was thankful, because so was about to buy a new battery and it was not necessary

So after shopping around I decided to get my battery at this location since it was fairly close to where I live/work, a great price for a battery, and they do free installation. I called prior to placing an order just to make sure they have the battery in stock and if they do free installation for my make and model of my car. They said yes to both. Great. So I purchased the battery online for instore pickup and installation. I went to the store and they told me to go to the back of the store with my car to get it installed. When I went there and the tech started to assess my car he said he cant install it since he doesnt have any tools to take out the battery (which was only a socket and an extension) , and he didnt have a portable jumper to keep my memory settings for the car. He then asked a customer who was also a mechanic who was working on his car next to me if he can install my battery for me and told me to just "give him something for his troubles". I had to pay him since I had no choice since I already paid for the battery and I needed it ASAP. The battery works great but needless to say, service was absolutely horrible and I would only go back if necessary. No free installation indeed.

Like that's crazy. So my friend said hello good morning and the guy didn't even say pardon me excuse me like bro we standing directly in front of you for 2-3 minutes while you chatting like come on. Anyhow he brought the battery from the back at a certain point n it was all dirty n dusty n my friend said why is it so dirty. I was waiting for a transmission, they told me they had it, but they didn't. I asked for a refund, but they refused. They said they would give me store credit, so I asked them to sell me an engine, and they said they would have it by Wednesday or Thursday. Unfortunately, I've been waiting for over 25 days, and they still haven't delivered the parts. They just seem to care about stealing money.
