I showed up for a class today at 1 o'clock and no one was there. When I went to the desk, they were kind of dismissive. "If nobody's there it was probably canceled. Did you check the app?" They should know their audience. A lot of people are older and don't want to work apps. And with that being said, why would you hand me a weekly class list that is not correct? I also asked the front desk three times in the week I've belonged, where a class was located. None of them said "oh it's right here or it's right there." Every one of them had to pull up the app or go to the monitor and pull up a class. Shouldn't the front desk know more about what's going on and what classes are being held and where they are in the gym? I don't know. It's kind of souring me.

I especially loved that all meals are included in tuition, and the teachers were helpful with potty training. My son loved the themed classrooms/hallways and the staff were so friendly and kind. My job situation changed soon after my son started at the school but the staff were very understanding and we were so sad to go.
