I showed them pictures of exactly what I was looking for. They told me they could not get it. As I tried to get information from the two men working there (possibly the owners), they proceeded to speak to each other in a language I do not understand even though they spoke perfect English a few minutes earlier. EXTREMELY RUDE! Later in the day, my son-in-law stopped there looking for the same wood and they told him they were able to order it. Based on their rude treatment, we purchased the wood we need from Verrazano Flooring - a much better experience. I highly recommend Verrazano Flooring if you want to be treated respectfully and get the product you need at a very fair price.

I recommend using the architect he normally works with to make sure the permit and inspection process go smoothly. You do need to find someone else to lay the decking part, unless you are going with an all-metal deck. We are thrilled with how it came out. His quote was much more reasonable than other deck fabricators. I've recommended him to many friends already.
