I was surprised, amazed, pleased, and every other positive emotion you can think of. The price was a third of the other guy, Steve gave great info during his quote, really putting me at ease. They helped us out by removing the furniture and plantings from our deck as I was unable to do it alone and my husband had recently had surgery. They came and power washed one day and allowed to dry and then came back and prepped the deck and prepped/wrapped the siding of the house and the windows and doors. The entire deck, spindles, rails, fascia boards and underside supports were stained as were the small gaps between the floor boards. The men came back after the deck was dry and helped move the furniture and plantings back to the deck. We have had other neighbors comment on how beautiful the deck looks! And others have asked for the contact information! We are ever thankful to Chagrin Falls Painting and will be in contact for interior painting! Our thanks

Summit awning did a fantastic job installing an awning on my porch. Rain water had been getting in…read moremaking the wood on my screened porch soft. After further inspection I noticed that my porch because of getting wet attracted carpenter ants and they did a lot of damage. I learned that summit awning also does many other services. So I hired Summit awnings to repair the damage to my porch. I also asked them if they would install windows on my porch. I was very pleased with the results. Everything turned out great. My hat's off to Jason, Dawson, and the rest of the crew for doing an incredible job. I believe I will have future jobs for them and will not hesitate to let anyone in need of repair, service, or an awning know that this is the place to go.

No answer and the mailbox is full. Impossible to communicate with. - December 16, 25. My in-person experience was relatively good - good enough that I was posting about it to family and friends with high recommendation. But the day after the move I went to set up my TV and discovered that the screen was severely cracked, having been (it seems) pinched in the top two corners. The crack spread across the entire top half of the screen. The TV works, but is unusable. I had to buy a new one, which cost me almost $200. I submitted the damage complaint twice and was not even contacted. For a company that calls and emails every day for a week trying to GET my business in the first place, that is particularly gross. As it stands now, I can't imagine ever using or recommending College HUNKS again purely because of the lack of response to my complaints, let alone lack of resolution. If you don't have anything fragile, sure, go ahead. But maybe move the fragile things yourself (my TV was the only fragile thing I did not move myself, and I sorely regret it). I will add that it was a 3.5 hour job that involved moving down from a second floor in a house and then up to a third floor in another house, and the TV was the only thing damaged. It was not packed in a box and the movers assured me they could use their TV bag and it would be fine. It was not fine.
