Horrible customer service. They couldn't install a stereo that worked in my sister's car. She asked them to put the old one back in and they demanded $100 or they wouldn't give her car back. I try to support local businesses but going here was a big mistake. All they did was waste my time (8 hours - even with an appointment), scratch up the interior of my new car and then told me I'd have to reschedule because they were incapable of the install on my car. Richmonds tint & audio center is a horrible business do not take your vehicle there for a auto install. First of all the guy did not even install my stereo correctly. Now I have the problem where it shuts off when I did contact them to schedule an appointment to bring my truck back in. They had already had a customer ahead of me and I would've had to wait for many hours to get the problem resolved.. Now I have take my truck to someone else to fix their screw up completely unacceptable. Take care of business or get out of business!!!! If I could I wouldn't even give them one star. read more

I sent my truck back numerous times. They replaced a radio that was not broken. I paid because I needed it. I went back for warranty work and I was assaulted by the owner who is a complete hothead. This business does shoddy work and they have no idea what customer service is. read more

Very sketchy place. Wanted a radio tested, said it would cost $25 and be about an hour. He was gonna have to take it in the back and hook it up to a diagnostics machine I left and took it to Lucky's in Lexington. Hooked it up in front of me and said radio is fine.took him 5 seconds and didn't charge me a penny. read more

Went there and had my Jeep Wranglers windows tinted, came out look the windows from the outside they looked okay by the time I got home to Somerset the window on the driver side of started bubbling and there was dirt flecks all through both windows. Plus I'm almost a hundred percent sure that they scuffed my Fender Flare on the back of my Jeep cuz there's a new scrape on it in the tire has evidence of scrape. Called about the very unprofessional work and the guy was like so it'll go away in a couple of weeks did he not tell you? They tinted my van on March 29th and at first they look good but after 4 days a window started peeling and after repeatedly calling and begging and pleading it still took 2 months for them to fix my window. They are only worried about new customers not fixing the ones who have already paid in full. Go somewhere else or you'll learn the hard way that once they get your money you go on the back burner. read more
