I got an oil change here on 2/6/2026 on the evening of 2/6/2026 I needed my car towed. The car…read morestarted overheating badly! we had to leave the car and get it towed twice. Thank god the firefighters were called by someone along the road they sent help because we were out in what it felt like -10 degrees around 8:00 pm with our 3 year old stranded. We took it into the mechanic they said our the radiator fan was broken and the coolant hose disconnected from how hot the engine was. We needed to replace the battery because it was also fried due to the overheating. They needed to flush the entire system there was a concoction of fluids/ liquids. This was absolutely done because of the crappy oil change. We got out car back after about 2 weeks . The same day the car started acting up AGAIN so we took it back after paying for a rental for 2 weeks and $1100 for repairs turns out The coolant traveled to the cylinder due to a mixture of different coolants that have been used. Fast forward its 3/6/2026 and our car is still in the mechanic and needs the entire engine replaced. Thousands and thousands of dollars because of your carelessness. You have left a family of 7 ( 5 children) without a car. God almighty will take this matter into his hands. You guys are irresponsible and even if it is not the owners fault train your people better. Shame on you!

The clerk was super friendly and thanked me. Granted the people inside the was do not smile but heck they are working with water in 20 temps. I do wish though it was touchless. Although I had a scheduled appointment for detailing, due to the rudeness of the employees and my general concern for the level of service I would receive I decided not to leave my car for service. When I arrived there was no one in the "office" to check with so I started to drive around the building to see if I needed to enter at another door. Once I finally met someone from the car wash I was rudely told to take my car back to the other side of the building. After moving my vehicle, I went back to the door and didn't see anyone in the office so I went back to the door where I had seen the employee who told me where to park. While going through that door to the now occupied office I overheard one employee telling the other "that guy isa f#£€ing idiot". For a moment I decided to let it go and handed my keys to the other employee. After a moment of thought I realized I didn't want to count on employees with that kind of attitude cleaning my vehicle. I'm not sure if they do a good job with detailing but I'm pretty sure i won't be finding out anytime soon. After looking for more options on Yelp, there are other more high rated places in the area that I will gladly be patronizing.
