Went through this car wash for the first time after having my new car for 3 weeks, and my car came out with paint chips everywhere. This happened at the owners other location to my friend and they claimed their car was already like that and refused to cover damages. Definitely good for the value! We just got the basic wash and they did way more than most of the auto washes near our home. The car wash attendant walked around our car and used a rag to wipe off any noticeable spot before we went into the car wash, then he used a brush to wash the dead bugs off the front before we went into the wash. I'm not to our destination to really take a good look but from my initial review my car looks great for having a basic wash. I'm pleased! read more

I was fourth in line at the car wash on 3/18/19 at 10:00 a.m. and sat there for ten minutes with the line not moving. I watched a female employee and a male employee stand in full view of the waiting customers taking a smoke break. As I watched and waited I had plenty of time to view the huge sign about their price increases. As I left the line after 10 minutes I saw that the wash stall was empty with the first of the four waiting cars waiting to enter, and waiting for a worker to wash the car. I use the self serve wash twice a week year round. not sure what's happened as of late but it's getting pretty ridiculous with the junky equipment. Hoses that leak all over your hands with a cheap hose clamp that will scratch your vehicle if not careful. Absolutely no soap , let alone "foaming brush" comes out of the brush. And when brought to the workers attention they say "oh it takes a min". Wrong. It never comes out. Think I will be trying another place for awhile read more

Very disappointed in the wash I got. I should of got out of my car and checked while I was still there. So much grime still on my car. What I noticed was that while they were using the brushes in the beginning that there was no soap and the girl was just going through the motions without applying any pressure to do any good at all. Then going through the tunnel again no soap being applied. You would think that the employees would notice this and take time to correct the situation instead of having customers experience bad washes. read more

My first car detailing experience so I wasn't sure what to expect. I took our 15 year old car in since this winter had been especially hard on the interior. These people did a great job. I've always thought that I could do this stuff myself but after looking at how good the car interior looks - I never could have made it look (and smell) that nice. I did call around to the few other places in town that do detailing and the prices are all about the same. I paid $100 for the cleaning - that seems about average. The bottom line - is it worth it? I want to give this place negative stars. They damaged my wife's car refuse to accept responsibility for the damage said she must of done it some where else. Terrible customer service employees lie to cover up their mistakes. Then top it all of the car was still dirty. Do not use this place or the Washington ave car wash same owner. WOW, thought it was a car wash. They did wash the car, but if you have bugs on the windshield and / or grill (this is Michigan, we do have bugs) forget this place. THEY DO NOT GUARANTEE BUG REMOVAL. Their system is so inferior they CANNOT get the bugs off. SOOOOoooo If you are traveling near Ludington, need a car wash because you have a bug or two to be washed off...... Forget this place. Now here is customer service for you: I went back to try to get the bugs off, do you think I got a free attempt at removing the bugs? NO! Funny thing.... I am new to the area, I considered purchasing their monthly or longer car wash plan (as we wash two vehicles regularly year around. This place just lost all that business. Plus some who read this, and some who I will tell this to for quite awhile. In fact I texted two folks already who will not wash their vehicles there again. Crowd reviews..... Love 'em. read more

My family and I have been getting our cars washed here for years and years. We also make frequent use of the outside vacuums. Today as I was vacuuming my car, I noticed that the vacuum stopped sooner than was usual. When I asked this guy in the office about it, he said that the unit I was using ran for only 3 minutes compared to 4 minutes of the other vacuums. The ridiculous reasoning he gave me for this was that the vacuum I was using had more features, such as scent. No where on the machine does it say that this vacuum runs for less time. When I commented that this seemed like a deceptive practice, he made several deprecating comments about my being able to read the digital time on the machine. This guy was rude and inappropriate. He told me several times that I was wrong. He didn't seem to care anything about customer service. My family and I will no longer be using this business. Management needs to train its staff to be more polite to its customers. read more
