I explained everything that was going on and they agreed with my husband's Google search that it was likely from the body control module. When I tell you this car has been a puzzle for these guys for the last 3 weeks I mean, I'm not sure how they managed to keep their cool and convinced themselves to keep trying. They were well within justification to tell me to come tow it away and be done with it. I put 266k miles on this car in 9 years. It could easily have just pooped out but this is the most problems I've ever had with the car. Anyway, 3 weeks, calls in to GM and Chevrolet and still no answers but they didn't give up and at the end of 3 weeks I have my car back and it drives like new! I also couldn't believe what it ended up costing after all that trouble. I am so grateful to this repair shop and they probably just gained a new customer. Maybe during the first call when I said, "High I am stuck on the highway and not from town can I have my vehicle towed to your location to get help" the first thing the person would say, is "Sure, let me look at our appointment schedule to see when we could take a look at it." Meanwhile I am struggling with my Schedule waiting daily, hourly for updates to figure out when I can go home. Finally I just picked up the vehicle without any work being done and found someone else to help. There is so much more I could write about the absolute horrible communication and shenanigans. Don't bother with this place. Poor quality work and they will not stand behind it…read more They replaced my exhaust manifold and within a month is was leaking again. When I brought the truck back to them they denied that that manifold was leaking, but also claimed that the noise I was hearing was lifter tick and my engine was failing. Turns out they left the head with stripped threads and 1 bolt just free spinning in the head. They also did not install the head shield correctly. It was missing 1 nut, was crooked , loose and rattling. Prefered Chrysler service called it an absolute hack job. Confirmed the exhaust manifold was leaking, and that my engine was sound. 1 thread was completely stripped out with zero threads left. The hole needed to be heli coiled Do not give this place your business.

He brought his truck in there this morning for service because we noticed last night that the water pump went out. He got an oil change and after your service department completed that they gave him the keys back and told him he was all set. He asked the service department to look at it again because it wasn't drivable in the current conduction and told them the water pump was bad. Your service team told him they couldn't look at it- That he would need to make another appointment and the earliest they could get him in was 2 weeks from now and you let him LEAVE there driving the truck knowing the water pump was bad!
