They stated that they reviewed the cameras and that I had not washed my car since July 2023. That was because I was using Rich's on Airport. ( I will never use anyone but Rich's after this) Also I was told that I should visit the bug wash station before washing the car if they would have clearly reviewed their cameras they would have seen that I did that and I also stated that I had visited the bug wash station in my review. Just as other reviews were not happy with the car wash. I have learned my lesson and this will be the last time that I visit this location.

I went to get my car washed. After getting my car washed I went to vacuum it out and raw sewage from this machine covered my upper body, got in my hair and ruined my white blouse. I actually thought it was raining; once I saw this black stuff spilling all over me and inside my car door and front seat. I had to jump back in my car and shut my door. I drove back around to the attendants there and told them what happened. They could careless but did take my name and number and gave me (get this) a napkin to try to whip the debris off my face. My white blouse was totally ruined with black nasty smelling spots all over my blouse. I was on my lunch break and had to head back to work for a meeting. Needless to say there was no way I could go back to my office looking like this. I had to stop at a boutique downtown and purchase a shirt for $50. The manager Craig Martin, Site Manager at Ultra Car Wash called me at work. During our conversation he indicated that I would be reimbursed. I sent him the receipt for the blouse that I had just purchased. The actual blouse I had on was $75 that I purchased a year ago from Dillard's in Miami Florida; however, I do not have the receipt as it has been well over a year since I purchased the said garment. I told him I would like very much to be reimbursed for the blouse as well and to please mail a ck to me. I also told him to please cancel my membership with Ultra Car Wash. This is from the Mgr: Again.. I apologize for that happening to you at our car wash. Yes you will be fully refunded for the damage to your dress. The last straw bale that broke this ersatz St. Sebastian's back was a vehicle that was returned with multiple knife-cuts to the side of a leather seat and a 5" scrape on the top surface of the driver's seat that removed the top layer and color. And oh, yeah, they decided to break off the electric mirror adjustment control as a thoughtful bit of lagniappe. A horde of people at Koby verified the new damage (easy peasy since the mechanics and service writers knew none of the damage was there when they were working on the vehicle BEFORE it was sent to Ricky's House of Carnauba Horror) and one sharp-eyed individual noticed the vertical slices in the new clearcoat. (The clearcoat was new because of damage to the car door during a previous Koby service appointment. But that's a story for another time.) Interestingly, Ricky used his transcontinental psychic abilities to prove that he knew the damage wasn't done by his employees. One hopes he learns to channel this invaluable trait into predicting natural and manmade disasters so that he can be of true value to mankind. Meanwhile, I would advise finding a different auto detailer unless, of course, one of your longstanding Family Traditions involves instructing Beauregard to take the fleet of Range Rovers and Buicks for their quarterly Simper and Shine under the tender ministrations of Alabama Auto Clean OR you have documentation certifying you are a bonafide Local and Well Connected Member of the Community of Mobile.

They are amazing!" They have several levels of service, but it's all listed at their website. I told the guy how highly recommended his company came and I jokingly told him he now had to live up to his name. He laughed and promised they would. They did! To be honest, I didn't even get a carpet shampoo, but it looked better than when the detailer did it in Atlanta and that was WITH a shampoo. I got the "Complete Detail" which I'll admit is pricey. I paid half of that in Atlanta, but again, the one in Atlanta wasn't nearly as good as this. I'm not rich and I have a really old car (it's a '97 Geo with over 150k miles), but I do like to get my car detailed at least once a year just to keep it looking decent. All I can say is that you are definitely getting what you paid for. I don't like to part with money at all (see my review for the dollar theater in Atlanta) and am a serious bargain hunter. Still, this was worth it! I'll definitely go back and tell everyone I'm very pleased. :)

Today I visited Rich's car wash to get a car washed. I did not come to the car wash to argue…read morehowever, the assistant manager had other ideas about that. I simply came to get a car wash. However I joined a club membership and decided I would try that route. A young lady sold me a membership and was quite pleasant . She did state that she wasn't sure if going through one time clean my car or not and that if it did not, I was welcome to try to second time after I use the free wash bins that was located at the base of the driveway at the car wash. I proceeded to the bins and spent about 10 minutes scrubbing the areas that the car wash did not clean. Once I was done I got back into line to have my car re-washed. This is where the trouble started. A young man who identified himself as the assistant manager of the Bay Minette location very rudely stated to me before I could have a chance to finish explaining to him why I was coming through a second time that we were only allowed one wash a day according to club rules. I tried to explain to him in a very gentle voice that I was going through a second time because the first time did not wash the car completely and the young lady stated that I could do it a second time. However he was having nothing of it and was very firm and Hateful to me with his tone. I literally had to talk over the young man to tell him that the other young lady told me to come back through a second time. I do not appreciate being dealt with in this manner. Number one the young man needs to learn that when an older adult is talking he should at least let them finish what they have to say whether he agrees with it or not and at least give them the benefit of being able to explain their selves to him. Furthermore that does not say very much for his manners I'm a 55 year-old man and he had to be at least 20. If this is going to be what I can expect every time I come back to riches I will be canceling my membership. I did complain to the lady who identified herself as the full manager at the site. I'm pretty sure by her passive tone that she just more or less blew me off stating repeatedly I'll take care of it I'll take care of it I'll take care of it. Cant remember the exact wording. Im on disability. It took some time saving for this. Sweety helped out too.i added a $40 tip. My car was used by my bodfriend while i was in the hospital 3 weeks. Driving it to his construction site job.. eating in it while going to the hospital each day. Alabamas red dirt was ground into the drivers carpet and the red dust was on the dash and such. But he was told it job would cover EVERYTHING. Of course the usually cleaning and the seats shampooed and trunk done. Plus a wash for the outside. The outside, floors dash and middle console was great. The trunk was never even opened. I was called outside after they had partly done it.. asking " what was most important to me to be done" I found that a hard question to answer. It was obvious the promised job wasnt gonna go. I got that. But i thought it strange to offer such a without seeing it first. I didnt know how much longer it would take for what i was willing to SETTLE FOR to be done. They had already worked on it 2 hrs. The drivers side floors were vacuumed, dadh and console and some windows cleaned. He had a small vacuume. Dont know how strong it was but that had to take a lg part of the 2 hrs. All in all. The outside looks Great!. The floors and front seats and dash n such looks great. They earned their money no doubt. But the back seats has serious stains from hauling decorations and such frim the holidays and all. My bf will have to clean it. And the trunk. There was no trash or anything to work around. The windows needed a good going back over. And drivers mirror was no good. But you cant meet or hire anyone harder working or nicer. So. Its according to what all you need and maybe take pics to send them if its bad. I wish them great luck
