So I went on Easter Sunday and was looking for a certified slightly used Honda Civic for a while for my son and they were all unbelievable. I had gone to every Honda dealer you can imagine down south and nothing compared to Rick Case, wish i would have gone straight them to begin with. Our sales advisor Dusika Sarcansi, had us test driving the vehicle right away and in less than 10 mins. was so knowledgeable and fast with everything. From getting the keys to the vehicle to getting us water, paperwork, answering our questions on car etc. The finance manager Andres Sanchez Lopez was also phenomenal, very fast and to the point and gave us all the options. Informed us of possible discounts, extended warranty for 6 years for an amazing price and made the overall transaction so fast and easy. I was happy with our numbers, vehicle and the great feel of everything. We got in at 11:30am and were out with a car in less than 2 hours later. They have discounted gas and free car wash as an added bonus and boy did i see customers taking advantage of it, things like this are so important. I will be back soon, as i have a Toyota which lease is ending soon. Officially my new dealer, thank you Rick Case and Dusika in sales and Andres in finance for really valuing customers. Rick case give them a raise, seriously. I have dealt with all south Honda dealers and nothing compared, buy at rick case you will not regret it. I wanted to add that 14 days after purchasing the vehicle I contacted Dusika again because of a noise i heard in the vehicle and she was sooo fast at having me take it in the very next day to service. Service was done, something replaced and out of there in less than 2 hours. So appreciative with her, and also the quick response and service as well. I will never go back to this Honda location again. We were in the waiting area while our car was getting an oil change. The staff at this location are beyond obnoxious. With the loud music playing, the loud voice blaring over the intercom, and the workers high fiving and smacking each other every 5 seconds, you can't even sit and read a book while you wait for your car. I will definitely never be going back to this location again. Also, just to add to this experience, they never rotated my tires as I asked. When we left it was never listed on the paperwork so we called and they said it was done. However, when we checked the tires, I have one rim that had a distinct mark on it and can tell for a fact that they were not rotated! There are many benefits to taking your car to the dealership. They do the work, they do it right. You do pay a pretty penny for it though. They were short staffed, and when they realized the work was taking longer than they wanted or was reasonable, THEY offered us a rental car. This was not an insurance claim, this was Rick Case giving us the rental until the van was finished. I really thought the associate took care of us. Now-one downside, the associate who took care of us with the rental car. I was "checking in" via YELP, and I happened to be offered a free "hardcover book" for checking in. Great! I showed it to him, and he said, "that's not real." I said, "yeah, it's YELP. So I get a free gift." And his response was, "what, do you need one? You don't have a regular book?" My family and I have been owning and leasing from Rick Case Honda since 2009. We have become a family so much that we text our sales guy when we are ready for a new lease. The service here is outstanding. Even when getting maintenance on our cars when the light turns on, we are always greeted with the kindest morning smiles. The area to wait for your car is nice and large. There is food at this location and free popped corn while waiting. There are TVs and places to plug in your phone as well. I also enjoy the discounted gas and the free car wash when i am close by. Overall my go-to dealership. Honestly if I could give a negative star I would. First I trusted this place with my car! I took my car in to for new tires and service and everything went fine. When I took my car in a few months later to get the steering wheel fix since it was a recall and I was advised that my tires need to be rotated by WALDO! I did what was suggested and ask for them to be done. Come to find out months later it was NEVER done! After I trusted these people. I took my car in now to do oil change and ask for tire rotation again and I'm being told by CONMAR that "oh your tires are bad, they can't be done" but only after I checked and no tire rotation wasn't done when I asked. After I went into the office raising hell after I got charged for service that wasn't done! As I was walking back in another service advisor was like oh if you don't check they won't do them. It's ridiculous that I have to fight tooth and nail to get something done! I did get my money back for this last service but it's not going to make up for me having to buy new tires again less than 10 months since they can't seem to do their jobs. I paid for a service and it can't be done unless I nag them and complain and start raising hell. They want to charge crazy amount for service but won't actually do the work! They really are scam artist. I should at least get a discount on my tires or a new one for this hell of a situation they have put me thru! This place has gone down hill. read more

Both of my headlights went out at the same time. I brought the car in to the shop and was told by Service Advisor Israel that the car needed a new harness and the cost of the repair would be over four THOUSAND dollars. For headlights. I took my car to a neighboring dealership and they told me the car had a different issue, and the cost was about $700 to fix. I have working headlights now. I'm not a mechanic so I won't get in to how I feel for paying $700 for headlights but how did Israel and the mechanics/technicians at Rick Case Honda decide I should pay $4,000 for my repair? Car was at dealership for month to repair accident. 1.5 months later had a flat tire. Upon inspecting tire I realized this could not have been the tire when I gave my car to Rick Case. I have 16000 miles on the car check the tread wear on the flat. Other pictures show other tires tread and one dated November 30 was taken of that tire before giving car to Rick Case. Now when I showed the manager of collision the pictures, he basically called me a liar. I walked out never to return even though I still have free oil and rotation left. I wish I could say that I had the same positive experience. Instead, the Salesman and Finance Mgr "Packed the Payment" with 3 additional packages/services & coverage that I was told was already included automatically. The Finance Mgr, Rafael Castilho misled me, kept the contract from me for 18 days before emailing them to me. (This is when I was finally able to review my papers and see all of the misrepresentation in my purchase deal) Sadly, I declined purchasing the model I really desired, which was the CR-V Hybrid Sport Touring, due to the price increase. However, had they not packed my payment, which is illegal, I could have left with the Touring, instead I left with the Hybrid Sport, that was as far as I could handle financially, in result of the increased payment that was a result of the unauthorized extras they unscrupulously attached. The GM has not been a bit of help to me. She is well aware of my situation and that even my personal information was leaked by the Finance Mgr, as he also breached R.C.H. security, when he somehow had my documents in his personal email. I will never trust Rick Case Honda. They have not offered an investigation on the facts of this deal or their unethical employees. I would love to ask Rita Case for assistance. Attorney General has been notified, and I will continue to seek help in making this purchase deal accurate. By the way, this was my second vehicle with R.C.H. Well I was hoping that my review would help steer consumers away from Rick Case, but I see all the horrible reviews they already have does that on its own. Shame on me for not checking here before I got my wife and me a vehicle from here. 12/22/2018 - Went to see Andre Lacaya to trade in my wife's lease and my lease so we can both get new ones on 12/22. Andre informed us that Rick Case will make all the remaining payments on both previous leases. We called Toyota Financial to find out how much was owed on my wife's lease. They told us X amount months is still due. Memory does not serve me well on the amount of months still owed because it was over a year ago. Andre said "well it's not really X amount because you should have paid that in the down payment. So it's actually 1 less than X." We both got our previous leases at the same time so we thought the amount of months would be the same and we figured he knew what he was talking about, clearly he was wrong. But we will get back to that. We both got new vehicles and left. 12/26/2018 - I noticed there was a huge gash on one of the rims. When the vehicle was given to me on 12/2 Andre said the vehicle was a show floor model and they had to remove stickers from the windows. I assume they damaged the rim at some point. If you look in the pic I attached you can notice a round sticker that used to be right below the gash, but was peeled. So I assume it was damaged, they marked it, and when leased to me they just took the sticker off and did not say anything. I contacted Andre. He said will handle it - as of today, 12/18/2019 that gash is still on the rim. I have made several attempts to have Andre fix it to no avail. As you read on you will see any attempts for a resolution on a customer issue fall by the wayside. 01/25/2019 - My wife got her final statement from Toyota Financial. Surprise surprise - one monthly payment was still due. Andre said he will look into it and will get back to me. 01/26/2019 - Asked for an update, no response. 02/04/2019 - Asked for an update. He said he will call me in an hour. 5 hours later I asked for an update and no response. 02/11/2019 - Asked for an update. He asked for the info to contact Toyota Financial. 02/13/2019 - He said he tried to call them and they refused to speak to him. My wife called Toyota Financial and got the person's info that he needs to be speak with. They were waiting on his call and we told him to conference call my wife if she needed to be on the phone. He said he will call asap. 02/15/2019 - Asked for an update. He claimed the same thing as last time even though we told him exactly who to call and to conference call my wife if he had to! Clearly he was not calling at all. Toyota sent the bill to collections. I was able to get it removed from collections and paid the last payment, I considered it a lost and moved on. 06/04/2019 - Asked Andre if he could set up an appointment to get us both oil changes. He said he will and will let me know. 06/08/2019 and morning of 06/11/2019 - Asked for updates. Guess what? No response! Evening of 06/11/2019 - I got my final statement from Lexus Financial and one more monthly payment was still due! Seeing as though Andre lacks customer service and common courtesy I e-mailed the management of Rick Case to get help. Jimmy Contreas called me. I explained the situation. He said he will look into it and will get back to me. Later that evening I got a call from Roger Maitland who assured me he will handle the payment issue and the rim issue. I told him exactly how much we paid to Toyota and how much was still due to Lexus. 06/12/2019 - Asked for an update and will let me know. 06/13/2019 - Asked for an update and he responded back "done deal" 06/28/2019, 07/03/2019, 07/06/2019, 12/09/2019 - Asked for an update and no response. 12/16/2019 - I already paid both Toyota and Lexus. But I figured I would give them one more show to make it right so I emailed management. Andy Radu called me shortly after that. Guess what he said. That he would look into it and get back to me. Never heard from him again. They are just the worst Honda dealership in South Florida. There are so many other Honda dealerships to choose from. Do yourself a favor and stay away. Horrible customer service, no follow through, misleading sales tactics, no free car washes or oil changes, poor management - the list goes on and on. STAY AWAY!! read more
