She rinsed my hair at 6 and added toner. All my hair was falling off, and she tried to not let me see it. After I saw all my hair on the floor I was shaking and crying. She proceeded to tell me I didn't disclose my hair history. I showed her I had highlights last year, but since then I only bleached it 3 weeks ago. Before even starting I asked for a color remover before bleaching to see what level I was at. Instead she rebleached it.
