I think it's really crappy how it was handled!!!

Requested snowblower tune up service…read more A young man came alone to pick up the blower, disconnected my garage door opener and left. I arrived home approx 4pm and contacted the store. Manager told me he was with when he picked up the blower. I have security cameras and it clearly shows one young man at the residence. The manager then put me on hold and returned to tell me is employee disconnected the opener and forgot to reattach...you tell me from the video, he made no attempt to go back in the garage... 15 to 20 minutes after i told them to come back and connect the garage door opener..manager called back saying my blower had been services and they were bringing it back that evening....this time two guys returned the blower carting it across my lawn..."garage off the alley" ... He lied to me about being with his employee in the pick up in the morning....I am now wondering if they serviced the machine at all.... Don't trust them unless u have camera's and let them know the camera's are there...inorder to be trusted Ask for video I will supply...it will not upload to site

I agreed they didn't show up to that appointment, Or the one I had scheduled before the rescheduled appointment nothing like waiting the four hour window. No one shows up, called multiple numbers for them. No one answers. No call back!! If you enjoy waiting around for someone not to show up schedule with these people.!!! Zero stars!!! The name under the account was Anubha...I have text, saying appt change no response back. I'd be happy to share.

I mentioned that we didn't need an emergency visit and he fit me in his schedule for the next morning, quoting $175 for the service call. After diagnosing an electrical short in the contactor, he left to pick up a replacement part, and finished the job that same day. At no point, before or during the repair, was I given a total cost estimate outside of the initial $175 or a chance to approve the total job amount prior to completion. It was shocking, then, that the final invoice came out to $800: a $175 diagnostic fee, two hours of labor at $175/hour, and a $275 charge for a part (contactor) that retails for $50 or less. In addition, I wasn't given an invoice upon completion of the job, but rather I had to ask for it twice afterward. If any part of this review gives you pause, I'd consider taking your business elsewhere.
