Probably the worst service I've ever had. I'll keep it short…read more I contacted LG back on Dec 7, 2017. I needed my ice maker repaired. Canon was contacted within a few weeks and responded to me. We conversed attempting to get my fridges exact model and version. I sent him an picture of the sticker in the door. He ordered the part and came a few weeks later. So about now I've been down a ice maker for about 2months. He came, was very nice and friendly. But actually had the wrong part. But now having seen the fridge he assured me he would order the right part and get back to me. Never got back to me. I attempted at least 10 times to contact him. Always left a message with the desk lady. I even called her out on either not relaying the message or him not responding intentionally. My final straw was yesterday I called her out again on the issue and told her this was the last chance. I need a call back today from the technician or tomorrow morning. Guess what... Still nothing. So now I call back LG for warranty repairs. They attempted to contact as well and FAILED. So they'll be filing a complain against Cannon and this may result in them losing LG warranty repairs. If this is how they treat guaranteed money warranty repairs, I can only guess how they treat actual paying customers. I've attached a photo so you know my story has at least some merit since it sounds so insane to go nearly 1 year and 3 months without a ice maker. I also noticed they somehow reset their reviews. I remember originally seeing LG chose this company and the exact issue was what I'm experiencing myself. Shady company to avoid at all costs. I'll review how my repairs go with Appliance Works since LG is moving me to them.

I mentioned that we didn't need an emergency visit and he fit me in his schedule for the next morning, quoting $175 for the service call. After diagnosing an electrical short in the contactor, he left to pick up a replacement part, and finished the job that same day. At no point, before or during the repair, was I given a total cost estimate outside of the initial $175 or a chance to approve the total job amount prior to completion. It was shocking, then, that the final invoice came out to $800: a $175 diagnostic fee, two hours of labor at $175/hour, and a $275 charge for a part (contactor) that retails for $50 or less. In addition, I wasn't given an invoice upon completion of the job, but rather I had to ask for it twice afterward. If any part of this review gives you pause, I'd consider taking your business elsewhere.

When we called to see if there was any warranty they said it would be a $200 service fee to do. I would STRONGLY recommend using a different company. for the price i paid with what they want to fix the part they supposedly replace I could have bought a brand new machine.
