I was stunned by her rude attitude & callous way of doing business. I'm a senior citizen on a budget & I prefer to have at least a ball park figure in mind before I make a large purchase of any kind. He knew over the phone what it was and assured me he could fix it, so we instantly felt relieved. He was very professional, he pulled behind my car and had caution lights on his truck, so finally cars were avoiding my lane. Price was very affordable. I have saved his info in case I need to call him again as I drive in KY often. He was a lifesaver that day and saved me days of headache from possible tow out of state.
