Arrived at the club in a great mood, was given free entry because I'm a veteran and that made me exceptionally happy but that's where it stops. I was given a great table in front of the stage, ordered a beer, sat for a while decided to get one dance and when I returned my table and beer were both gone. They had given my table away to the camera crew of landman. Never bothered to ask or even compensate me for the rudeness. I also noticed that all of the dancers and all of the wait staff were huddling around the landman crew, not paying attention to any of the other patrons. Very Poor customer service. Failed to mention: This establishment has previously double/triple charged my cards forcing me to dispute charges with my bank in order to be refunded. My husband & I visited this place for the 1st time, we wanted to buy a bottle & red section-our waitress asked us to pull $300 cash because our card was being declined for fraud which at this point we should have got up and left, but we pulled cash instead and handed her all of it as she said she would bring us our change back. first of all- a bottle of MALIBU is not $175 retail then our waitress asked if we would tip her & the 2 ladies sitting with us, of course we said yes and she took it upon herself to tip themselves $100 WITHOUT ASKING!! ALREADY OUT $275 and she only brought us $22 in change back?? A dancer also mentioned that tons of the girls do drugs behind stage & in their personal lives to keep their figures. though what figures are there to keep if it's all bone & no meat? We bought the bottle but because it took us so long to figure out the card issue we had 30mins to drink the entire bottle since they stop serving alcohol at 2:15am. If we had been told this previously to buying the bottle we wouldn't have bought the dang bottle. We were rushed & forced to basically chug our drinks to get our moneys worth. Can't remember the name of our waitress but she's newer & has short hair that was pulled back. Possibly red. She was nice but I guess you have to be when you're planning on robbing people blind. She was also very money hungry asking us to tip dancers we weren't interested in and then in the end after already tipping herself asking for ANOTHER tip! This place is dark, the girls are ok, not one had nice boobs, they were all very young and we were not impressed. There was about 6 girls and then they rotated through again. Took my wife to the establishment and really wanted to enjoy the entertainment. We sat right up front, spent 60 in singles on the stage dancer in less than 90 minutes. Bought drinks and tipped the waitresses, not once were we approached by any entertainment for lap dances or such. We waited for an hour but after several instances where we were avoided we left. My waitstaff was the best part of the night, super cute and attentive ladies but the dancers were unmotivated. At one point 3 girls sat in the 3rd stage not dancing just talking, avoiding the rotation. That's a management issue and if your allowing the entrainment to look bored it creates a terrible environment. I don't go out to strip clubs frequently but when I do they are high energy and inclusive. The staff and entertainment here made no attempts to make sure I was happy and spending money, sad since that's exactly what they showed up for work to do! The place was packed so there wasn't as much attention from the girls as I'd have liked, but that's to be expected. $10 cover charge, $20 dances, $250/$500 VIP room for half/one hour respectively. NO privacy in the VIP, it's just some couches on the second floor wide in the open. Girls were only so-so. Plastic and adipose to spare at about a 60/40 split. The place itself is put together very nicely, the outside has a very... rustic, look to it but the inside is very modern and appealing. Drinks are, naturally, vastly overpriced but that's to be expected. Overall a nice little place to relax, just don't expect much if you've got deep pockets you want emptied. read more

Forces positive reviews from staff under threat of termination (I have photo evidence), and management is sleeping with nearly all of the girls. Unhygienic kitchen staff often tamper with and consume food from customer orders before being released to the floor, and management participated in fraud and theft from customer cards, often running them multiple times for the same item of charge. Drink prices are raised as the customer becomes intoxicated, and often the dancers will steal wallets and jewelery. Beware of getting drugged in this establishment. As a former employee, I've seen it happen several times. Customers are allowed to become dangerously intoxicated, with no cut-off, and then kicked out to drive themselves home. read more

I was in town for my moms wedding and found out that night that the groom didn't have anything planned....WTF!! Last night of freedom and your just sitting at the house having a beer alone??? Walked in and was greeted by a nice looking tender- Ronni who assisted me by fetching for the manager that i request to speak to. Once the manager arrived I explained how i know its a short notice but i needed a VIP section and bottle service later that evening approximately 4hrs from then....Ol dude didn't even show a sign of panic just said OK where would you like to sit?! I pointed at a section right by the stage and he said OK then quoted what package deal he had for me.....very very reasonable price i might add! To sum it up by the time we arrived there that night our area looked like it has been set up all day! Champagne bottles on the table some decorations and the ladies where in full force to please...........sigh..........Ok I'm back! It was a great night and our tab (since i covered it all) was not bad by any means. Even for a Saturday night there were plenty of parking and they also added Valet. In my few years of these types of clubs i must admit this one was the cleanest if that's saying something.. I had a good time but not a great time at Ricks. I went on a Saturday night and got to chat with a few of the dancers about their experiences working here. Most loved it and thought they were treated fairly. One dancer seemed to be having a rough night. She fell down the stairs to VIP, missed her dance, and came to give me a lap dance on a sprained ankle. She was sweet but then she was told by the manager to go to stage 2 rather matter of factly. She became tearful on stage while dancing on stage 2 so I went to go tip her to keep her dancing so managers wouldn't notice. The second I walked up they pulled her offstage and sent her home. I'm not sure what the employment history there was like but it seemed brash on managements part. There was some yelling in front of me. The tears combined with the expulsion of the girl I was buying dances from lead me to end my night early after only spending 150. I brought 500. I'm sure management was doing their job and I'm sure the dancer was trying to as well but it could have been executed more effectively. No manager apologized to me for the inconvenience or even addressed it. I was left with dollar bills standing awkwardly near an empty stage. Drinks were pricey as expected for Saturday night. Dancers were good but I was surprised only 3 girls talked to me in the 2 hours I was there. All were attractive, sweet, and fun to talk to. read more

I should have spent 564.75 and ended up paying over $1000. Called and left a message they never returned my phone call I called again when another $800 charge hit my account and finally got someone on the phone. They said they would look into it and call me back. Stupid low class waitress stole from me and charged a bunch of other stuff on my card.
